I have to say, as a local business owner- this is the place I rely on for all my printing needs.Su and the team here are soooo responsive- fast- and have great communication.For multiple print jobs they have made edits for me that I couldn't do myself or had to wait too long for our design team to edit- Su did it in a split second.They always confirm and email prints before sending and wow did I mention how fast they are!!?We got quotes for items that most places said would take 3days+. NOT HERE!! Less than 24 hours they had what we needed and ready to be picked up. We were happily shocked! Always coming thru for us when we are in a pinch.Also parking space is available and free- but the spots are super tight and hard to manuver especially if you have kids in tow.I would recommend this place to anyone looking for great work, easy and quick and affordable.Couldn't say anything bad!

Bad service.. please be more friendly. I just went there to get some stuff printed and it wasn't a pleasant experience. No thank yous or smiles. :( it was $3 to get 2 packing slips printed.

Super friendly, positive-vibes and professional. I think, a family owned and operated business. Office was super clean, bright and customer friendly. These people saved my day by going above and beyond what they had to, when the FedEx store wouldn't help me. Not only doing what I asked, but you can tell, they actually care. Needed copies right away. I called them first to see if they would be able to do it for me. The gal I talked to was very nice and said to come by and they would help me. I went in later in afternoon. They were very friendly, helpful and were able to make copies for me while I waited. I'm so glad I called them.

This is one of the more convenient printing places located along South King Street, right after Punahou Street with several parking spots right on Elsie Lane.All I needed was 500 black and white copies. When I entered, there was no (I was about to type "menu" :p) price board anywhere, not even in its brochure. Weird. When it was my turn, I asked the lady in front how much it is for 500 black and white copies, and an older man in the back, who looks "boss," immediately answered "20 dollah!" Sweet, 4-cents a page. I'll take it! He quickly took my original and put it in the copier, and set it up. After less than ten minutes, a thick stack of freshly printed paper arrived at the counter all neat and even encased in clear plastic. Nice!As with all the non do-it-yourself printing places, in my experience, they ALWAYS forget my original in the copy machine! They always have a startled look when I ask for it back. Am I missing something here, or am I not supposed to get it back? Not a big deal anyway.The staff was friendly, and with the quick and easy service and a convenient location with easy parking, you can't go wrong coming here for your printing needs.

This local family owned business does a very high quality job with everything I've asked , they are careful, attentive, and quickly fix anything I point out , - everything is about great service at a great price -"can do" service . I have given them special projects for 2 years and going back tomorrow ! Can't recommend them more highly.

I came to this copy shop because the one usually go was close on weekends. The guy in the front was nice, service didn't take too long. I guess they know I'm not a regular, and was charged near $30 for 10- 8 by 14 black and white copies.
