Thai food is not created equally. There are several places I've tried in the central/west side and wonder "what is this?" Not at Siam City Thai Kitchen, the food is amazing. We have tried many dishes but enjoy the pad thai and fried chicken. The red curry is also good as is the crispy fried rice salad. If you're in the mood for Thai, this is definitely the place to stop. There is ample free parking lot in the strip mall's lot.

I hadn't been here in a while, but my friend and I decided to stop by since we were in the area. They open at 10 AM, which was perfect for an early lunch. The mother and daughter who run the place are still there, but this time, we were served by a different waitress. I asked her if they still had the papaya salad with raw crab, as the chef used to make it. Unfortunately, I got a very quick "no," so I guess it's no longer on the menu. That was a bit of a bummer. We ended up ordering the Lao-style papaya salad, nam tok beef, chicken feet skin salad, and sticky rice. The flavors were absolutely incredible and brought back memories of enjoying Thai food with my parents. I was so happy to find that the taste hasn't changed--it's just as delicious as I remembered.Even though the waitress was a little intimidating, I would still recommend this place. The food alone is worth it!

Nestled away from the hustle and bustle, this cozy spot serves up authentic Thai cuisine that's bursting with flavor and love. Here's a rundown of my culinary adventure:First up was the Khao Kai Jeaw with mussels. This Thai-style omelette was an absolute revelation! The texture was a perfect blend of fluffy and crispy, making every bite a delightful experience. The mussels added a lovely briny touch, and the tangy, spicy dipping sauce provided the perfect zing. I could eat this every day!Next, I tried the Kao Yum Nam. This dish was a vibrant medley of fresh ingredients, with each bite offering a different texture and flavor. The combination of herbs, spices, and a hint of citrus made it incredibly refreshing and satisfying. It's a must-try for anyone who loves a good salad with a Thai twist. The Kao Lao was another standout. A flavorful and hearty soup, it was filled with tender meat and fresh vegetables, swimming in a rich and aromatic broth. Each spoonful was warming and comforting, making it the perfect dish for a cool evening. And finally, the Panang Curry. This dish was the ultimate comfort food. The curry was rich and creamy, with just the right amount of heat to keep things interesting. The tender pieces of meat absorbed all the wonderful spices, making it a truly indulgent treat.Siam City Kitchen isn't just about the food; the ambiance is warm and inviting, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. Every dish was a testament to their dedication to authentic Thai flavors and exceptional quality. If you're in the mood for a culinary adventure that transports you straight to Thailand, Siam City Kitchen is the place to be. From the fluffy Khao Kai Jeaw to the rich Panang Curry, every dish is a celebration of flavor. Highly recommend!

Siam City Thai Kitchen is a great spot if you're looking for authentic Thai food. I also liked the Thai artwork they had up. I tried the Khao Kha Moo, and it was absolutely delicious--the sauce that it came with complimented it so well. I also appreciated that it was served with veggies, which rounded out the meal nicely. We also had the spring rolls -- they were so crispy and came out piping hot. My husband got the drunken noodles, and those were really good too. Be mindful of the spice levels--they offer a range from 1-5, and even at a level 2, the heat was no joke but enjoyable. Overall, a solid choice for anyone craving flavorful Thai dishes.

First time to this new section of eateries atv "the Ahops at Wedtloch Station" adjacent to the Waipahu Shopping Center. Seems like a good variety of restaurants. We weee craving Thai expecting a good variety of veggies so .opted for Thai. The menu is more limited than most Thai restaurants but we found it had a good enough variety. We ended up ordering a Sweet Sour shrimp which was very well prepared. Veggies were not overcooked and the sauce was light and tasty. We also had a green curry which was perfect. We noted that the sauces were not heavy like some other places and you could tell that everything was freshly made to order.

Wow randomly saw this place on Yelp and I'm so blown away by the amazing flavors. This is not your typical boring Thai food place. This place serves interesting, different Thai food that are full of amazing flavors. We visited with some friends for dinner and tried out 3 salads and two noodle dishes. We were impressed with the deep fried ong choy salad and the crispy fried rice salad. Def will be returning!
