I have been purchasing from Keiko Jewelry since summer of 2021. I happened upon Kristi's brand through an Instagram ad of all places. I really loved the simplicity of her jewelry and the unique Hawaiian inspiration in her pieces. They have a modern but classic feel to them. I consistently receive compliments every time I wear one of her pieces. She has wonderful customer service and her jewelry is always packaged well. Back in March my husband and I had a trip planned for Honolulu Hawaii and I realized her shop would be nearby. We were celebrating our 4th anniversary with the theme being fruit or floral. We thought making an appointment at the jewelry bar would be a fun experience for our trip so we could design a custom piece. I made the appointment online which was super easy and we headed to the shop the day of the appointment. Kristi was very helpful with guiding me in the design process. I had a rough idea of what colors and styles I liked. If you don't upon arrival she has pieces in the store you can look at for inspiration. She played around with a few options till we decided on one and then she got to work. It was so cool getting to see her put it together right in front of me and to chat about her upcoming nuptials. I would highly recommend going to the jewelry bar if you get the chance! If I'm ever back in town I'll be sure to drop by again. Thank you Kristi for such a wonderful experience and making my beautiful anniversary set!

I've been buying Keiko Jewelry since October of 2020 and let me tell you, you will not be disappointed. If you take care of her jewelry it will last a long time. I'm still wearing my first pieces from her and they are in excellent condition. Her jewelry is simple yet beautiful and perfect for everyday wear or a special occasion. Her shop has a ton of selections along with other local businesses so you can support her as well as others! She also has a jewelry bar which is great if you want to create and customize your own piece (just make sure you book an appointment online to secure a spot).

I love supporting small business! ShopKeiko was the first place I've ever heard of permanent jewelry, first place for me to get it done, and my favorite place to get it done. I remember when ShopKeiko was just in the beginning stages and started as Keiko Jewelry. To see it now as a flourishing small business in Hawaii truly lives up to it's name as a blessing - Keiko means blessing in Japanese.FULL DISCLOSURE: My in-laws are family friends with the owner; my husband grew up playing hide-and-seek in the family home with her and her siblings. BUT this review will also include the opinions of my friends as well who I brought to all get our first permanent jewelry. I myself, have a surface level relationship with the owner and will try to be as unbiased as possible in this review. As mentioned earlier, I remember when this brand started off as renting out stalls in a farmers markets. I remember watching videos over and over again of how the jewelry started from a piece of metal to gold-plated rings and necklaces. The intricate and hand-made jewelry designs are dainty and timeless. I could see myself wearing them for any occasion and for years to come. Sadly, I never bought any jewelry because I was too scared to lose them so, of course, I got curious when I saw permanent jewelry being offered at the newly opened storefront.IMO this was one of the first shops on island that offered permanent jewelry. When I saw it really was "permanent" and safe for the skin, I got so excited because I want to wear jewelry to enhance my business outfits, but I'm also too lazy to remember to put any on or take them off.

The girls that were working that day were so rude. It is the total opposite of what they advertise on their social media platforms. My friend asked if they had any of the plumeria pearl rings and the worker was super passive aggressive. When I went to bring my things to the counter the two girls had no customer service skills and were honestly being so stuck up. You're better off just shopping from the brand websites instead of in person. Totally different from what they put on social media.

Permanent jewelry lovers come here! I was able to get an anklet while I waited for my smoothie to be done at Nalu. The staff at Keiko are so friendly and sweet. I'm probably going to come back and get a bracelet. So far it's withheld the sea waters and showers. The gold filled chains seem to stay on and I am rough on jewelry. I run and it hasn't bothered me in any way, it was the right size for my ankle. I had it sized right above the ankle bone. I'd take a picture of it but, nobody needs to see my gross beach feet/legs. The prices are reasonable and if you want to put a clasp later it's $15.They have a good selection of charms and chains to choose from, go check it out! Very cute boutique with other quality items as well.

I needed custom jewelry for my wedding day and I went to Shop Keiko to get it taken care of. I've bought a lot of my other jewelry from Kristi the designer before, so I knew I could trust her style. I asked her to make a back necklace for my dress. Once she did that, I decided I wanted matching earrings and a matching necklace. She has a custom jewelry bar at her shop in south shore marketplace and truly made my wedding jewelry dreams come true.

I'm in love with this local boutique at the South Shore Market near Ward! There's tons of free parking in the garage, including EV parking/ charing! Everything from clothing, jewelry, swimsuits, and stickers. All items here are curated perfectly and sourced from local artists and designers. The clothes here have an island touch with an elevated flair. I have a few linen pieces from here that I love and get compliments on all the time! They have a small dressing room in-store, so you can try anything on before buying. The clothing pieces here are great if you're building your closet with staple pieces. The prices are on the higher end but definitely made with quality that will last a long time. What really makes Shop Keiko a five star spot are their jewelry- all made locally in Hawaii by the shop owner. A lot of the pieces are gold-filled, which doesn't tarnish and won't turn your skin green! I have a few rings from here that I wear everyday. I also have a bracelet made with solid gold that will forever be on my body. I got a permanent bracelet welded around my wrist at Shop Keiko by the shop owner. I came in with my boyfriend, and 3 of our friends ... and then I came back again with 2 other friends and we all got permanent friendship bracelets. Appointments are made online and are available Monday, Wednesday, Friday, & Saturday from 11 am - 3 pm. The whole process after choosing which chain you want takes about 5-10 minutes. I don't have any tattoos so this is the level of permanence on my body that I'm at currently and I'm obsessed with them! I can't wait to get more permanent jewelry here. I love all being able to support local here with Shop Keiko!

Kautious was great! My mom and I came in and both got permanent hand chains and the service was so much fun. She was really precise, took her time with us while we decided, and was so accommodating. The selection of pearls was beautiful. I recommend!

Incredibly young lady; totally lacking in the Aloha spirit. she would rather spend 12 minutes prior to opening time making me wait while dusting nothing of importance. they open at 11 per the posting. I have been waiting outside since 10 to buy what's in the window. I finally asked hey could you sell this to me (through the window). she said No. wait. in days of old, making a sale to support a local business over 12 minutes of dusting, would have been a priority. extremely POOR business model. BTW the hallway is full of people wanting g to shop. your loss
