If I lived closer to this food truck, I'd be a regular. Been drooling over their Instagram photos for over 2 years now and finally made the drive to Waialua to sample this greatness. I know the gas prices are going up but damn their ahi katsu is something you NEED to try. If you just so happen to pass by this red food truck and they are open, just go. Like seriously, go. Cash only so you better collect all the loose change in your car to make the cut. They get their fish direct from the boats so it's no lie that you're getting it as fresh as you can get it. The poke was next level with mixing it up with taegu. I bought the poke bowl and the katsu plate and smashed them before I could drive off. I couldn't stop eating. I wanted to share but it was impossible.Next time I wanna catch them when they are selling the burger version. That was honestly what I was looking forward to but none the less, whatever I got from them was 5 star grindz!
