Shijia Photography

I found a Groupon for a family shoot, 1 hour. The Groupon cost was a DEAL. I paid an extra $50 travel fee because I wanted a location further out than the Groupon included location which was basically only Waikiki-Ala Moana area. Shijia was super friendly and directed us on how to pose. She was very active in capturing my baby's movements. She showed us photos along the way and they were great.It took only 3 days for her to send me my photos. They turned out fantastic. My Groupon covered 20 photos, however I ended up purchasing more because the 20 didn't include some other photos I wanted. I ended up buying 15 or so more at $5 each. The only thing I would recommend to her is if the customer could choose the 20 photos instead of them being chosen by the photographer. I would recommend Shijia, excellent price and her photos are very professional.

We booked shija on a short notice while we were on vacation in hawaii. She accomodated our schedule and met us in paradise cove right outside the Aulani resort. The pictures came out so amazing!!! We couldnt be happier with her work. Our little one actually wasnt really having the photoshoot. Shija was really patient and she worked with us to get whatever pictures we could before she started crying. They all still came out so good. She was very patient friendly and fun to work with. Highly recommended.

Don't hesitate to book with Shijia Photographers.Shijia Photography sent two photographers, I can't say enough positive things about them! They were so efficient. We crushed the first look and most of the family photos before the ceremony started. My wife and I really wanted to make it to cocktail hour, so this was perfect for us. I am also a little camera shy and not the most knowledgeable as far as photo combos, poses, and/or locations goes. Vera made just the right amount of really helpful suggestions and were really positive the whole night. Vera also took the time to have a few phone conversations with me prior to the wedding, which was helpful for me to come up with ideas and relax before the big day. Shijia is amazing photographer!! I was looking for someone to take my graduation photos, and she did such a great job! I loved that her website was easy to navigate and such a breeze to make an appointment with her. Since I got a Groupon with her, it was very cheap for the photo session itself. We met up at the magic Island, and she was very likable and personable so I didn't feel awkward at all. After about 6 days, she sent me a digital link for her pictures so I could purchase what I liked. I purchased the digital version, so it was $25 each for a picture. Very satisfied, and I would recommend her to anyone!!

Fantastic experience with Shijia! My husband and I got photo shoot for our anniversary. Communication was easy and clear. We met at location. Shijia is funny, friendly and professional! We love our photos. Highly recommend

Shijia was very easy to work with. I was a bit skeptic if this was a legit business because we were coming from out of state and I wanted to take advantage of our Hawaii trip and for a minute I thought it was a total shot in dark from Groupon. I was super nervous if it were a tourist scam, but I am glad that she was as real as she can be. She was super sweet, the photo gallery was delivered faster than her promise date. Shijia was awesome and her fee was unbeatable. I wish her business the best. Thank you Shijia!

Shijia was professional and patient. She provided enough time to make sure that we looked best in our pictures. We are glad that we booked her for our maternity photoshoot and definitely gonna use her service again. She handled our toddler tantrums in friendly manner. We really enjoyed our photo session with such an amazing photographer.
