Shaka Shake Bowl

Mmm...probably one of the best meals I had while visiting the island! So much food, so much flavor--every bite was absolutely worth it.The plates were loaded with kimchi, macaroni salad, a cold pasta rice, and the most flavorful, perfectly seasoned meat. Everything balanced so well, and the portions were generous.The ladies in the truck were super friendly, which made the experience even better. Heads up, they do sell out of some items, so getting there early might be a good idea.The outdoor seating area was nice but limited to a few tables . Luckily we were able to get one . It was $75for two plates and one tea, which was a bit more than we expected, but honestly? For this kind of quality and flavor, totally worth it. Would 100% go back!

One of the best meals I had while in Hawaii. I got a spicy pork that came with rice, noodles and cabbage. I drenched it in spicy sauces and it was amazing! It was filling and delicious!

Excellent food and service tucked away on the far left side of the Polynesian cultural center. Kimchi is much better than the kimchi I had at a food truck in Waikiki.

There Kalbi plate is great two Kalbi was moist and tasty and the sides kimchi and salad and rice and radish went great with it.This is located outside in a food truck of Polynesian Cultural center.Korean bbq food truck

Portion is good but the only issue i have was that there was a long strain of hair. My mother got me a plate from this place and it was the spicy pork. My hair is short and dark brown while my mom hair has highlights of light brown and the hair from the picture is black. Not only that , it was deep inside the food which was covered in its sauce. So it wasn't a hair that fallen on top of it.

AMAZINGGGGG BOWLS!!!!!! If I'm Hawaii, stop by the Polynesian Cultural Center for some amazing Korean BBQ. If I could, I would give them 10/10 Chefs kiss!!! ‍

Amazing!!! The kimchi and the sauces for the bowls are so good! One of the best food trucks we've tried on the island.

Great food and great service! Loved the pork bowl and the options for sauce. Joe serving us was hilarious and friendly.
