Came here for our New Year's Eve dinner. LOVED IT!! The experience is priceless. The staff are attentive enough, if you need something just get their attention. Our waitress showed us how to use the skillet, gave us more than we can eat. The rice tasted good with the bbq. The Kalbi has a good taste the brisket is okay the best one was the New York cut. Will comeBack again for sure and will stay in the same hotel.

Seoul jung restaurant was really good. It felt more upscale then the other korean restaurants, well it is at the Waikiki resort hotel so this place is within reach for tourists. They do offer free parking after validation. The hostess and waitresses were very nice. The place felt pretty big, there are two sides for grills for korean style bbq or just regular tables for non grilling foods. accommodating for big parties. The restaurant was clean. The food was really good, we got the all you can eat $40 each person. We also got an order if Kim Chee with pork, forgot the name of the order and 2 bottles of Hite beer. There are also different set menus for grilling at the table and a $30 set menu but we want for the #AYCE Starters you get seaweed soup, then a seafood pancake, and of course the banchan. For main course you get tongue, brisket, and kalbi. I was lucky n got a big bone kalbi lol. I really liked that they flavored the tongue with a sauce with garlic and a splash of lemon, it tasted a lot better and also the kalbi too. We had two rounds of meat but you can keep going until you can't any more so they'll keep bringing out the soup, pancake and the trio. Oh and also they have #beanpaste and #gochujang sauce which is a plus for me! I'd like to come again with the guys next to see how far we can go hehe. I'd recommend it if you are looking for pleasant night in Waikiki and for some never ending kbbq! Was so good!

Definitely will return. Loved the Dino-kal bi and Seafood pancake. When your done consuming the tender meat from the Dino Kal bi, they take it away and cut of the grizzle. They return it cup tip, tender and semi crisp. Great with your soju! Great service. Seems like this place caters to the tourist for lunch so it was quite empty for a Friday evening. See pics and menu attached.

Seafood pancake was the bomb! See pic below and you'll order it next time! I ordered the kimchi stew and it is spicy! But delicious. I lived in Korea for a few years and the food reminds me the food in Korea. Authentic, spicy, and a bit on the high side. Staff is friendly, and ambiance is fine. It looks expensive but it's on the reasonable side.

Seoul Jung Restaurant at the Waikiki Resort Hotel! Their all you can eat yakiniku is worth the cost at the 20% kamaina discount rate for 55 yrs. plus. The initial platter of meats were: beef tongue (generous serving), beef brisket (very fatty, BUT, requested for much less fat and they delivered), and perfectly seasoned boneless cubed short ribs (slight shoyu seasoning that was not salty.) Bachan side dishes of choi sum, bean sprouts, tofu, seaweed soup(tasty and not salty) and their Korean pancake, yum! The kimchi is to die for. Perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of spicy hot that was not over whelming flavor hot and salty. This was perfect for my husband who is not a kimchee person. I am a kimchi connesiere and I know they did bring out the kimchee they provide for their Korean customers. I saw what was given and the color of it was a deeper red, in comparison to what we were given. Very light in red coloring. It may be they reserve the authentic kimchi for their Korean customers. Non the less, it was delicious. I will return and try dishes off the menu. I am interested in the BIMBIMBUP! I love, love this dish and have eaten it in many Korean and non Korean restraunts.

We were craving KBBQ and starving from being at the beach all day. Found this place on yelp and it was walking distance from the Airbnb. Following google maps was somewhat deceiving, but this place is located inside a hotel on the second floor. They have the choice of hot pot or kbbq, but you can only choose one. The options are separated for seating. There are actually different options for the AYCE kbbq, but we chose the cheaper one and the less meat choices. Ours came with 3 kinds of meat, but it was AYCE. We ended up ordering mostly brisket since it cooked the quickest. The other options included more selection of meats but we didn't care too much for that at the time. The banchan were AYCE too and omg, the dried seaweed one...give me a whole bowl of that! So good. The waitresses were so sweet too, like loving aunties who just want to feed you all day.

If you REALLY want Korean BBQ or just Korean food in general, THIS is the place to go.I asked if they did anything special since it was my parents 20th wedding anniversary, at first they said they didn't. But a few minutes later, they came back to me saying that they spoke to the chef and said that they will be bringing out desert after we finished eating. The food was amazing. Like just the best Korean food I've ever had in my life. The best restaurant I've been to since I came to Hawaii! No joke! But the customer service was beyond my expectations from the other Korean restaurants I've been to! They made sure the food was just right and enough for us (we're a family of 5!) and they helped us cook the meats and brought new dishes for us, etc! I wasn't expecting anything better from this place but they did WAY beyond better than any other place I've been to since I've came here to Hawaii! No reservations needed! Probably when it IS busy but otherwise, the BEST Korean food I've ever had!

This place was pre-picked for us by the tour company we were with for dinner and so the tour company had already picked out the food for us. Looking at the menu, they seem to have a lot of great things, but we ended up having a big shared pot of Korean miso soup with some bulgogi on the side. If you check in here, you get a free appetizer (picked by the chef)! Not sure how long this is going on for, but when I went, I checked in right when we sat down and was surprised to see this. However, after I told the server, the appetizer didn't come out until we were all done with the meal and we were too full to even appreciate it. It was a small plate of Japchae. Again, we pre-ordered our food, so maybe that's why it was slow, but I was a little disappointed it came out last. The food was on the better side, but not sure if it was because they were under capacity with a lot of people, the service was unfriendly. We went with 12 people, so servicing all of us could have been a bit tricky, but I think it's not just the food, but also the service what sets okay restaurants from great ones. Except the one lady who looked like she may have owned the place, everyone else seemed rushed and our server would slam the rice bowls down on the stone tables when serving. Whenever we asked for something, they would give us some attitude, so that was a little unpleasant.
