Segway of Hawaii - Waikiki

Alan gave our Segway tour. He was such a fun gentleman ready to share all he knew about Oahu. You need a good memory to take in all his vast suggestions for restaurants & activities. Listen to him! He's so right! Alan gave us a quick but thorough lesson & we were on our way! Let me tell you, this is the way to see the well travelled spots that are a bit more out of the way from the Waikiki craziness...He presented everything in such a fun way. The art district was amazing & the park & ocean views were fabulous---we were so close to surfers. He made us the coolest video to memorialize the entire excursion--most would charge separately for this. He loves his business & it shows! An added plus---he's a dog lover & makes organic treats! We love doing Segway tours when we travel and this one was so much fun. Alan was our guide and you can tell that he loves what he does and loves sharing the history of the area, as well as giving recommendations for restaurants and things to do. And the photos he sent us, and especially the video, shows his passion for delivering a memorable experience. Whether you've been to Oahu before, or not, this is a great way to see parts of the island that you might not get to, and hear about things that only a local would know.

We took the Diamond Head/Waikiki/Magic Island Glide- 3.5 hour with Michael.Was able to locate the business although parking lot you have to pay attention to the marking on the pavement as since downtown they do patrol and enforce the lotWere greeted and walked through the waiver process then proceeded to get helmets for our tour. jeanean and Michael were very personable and friendly throughout the process.You then oean how to ride your Segway which for my wife and I was a quick refresher since this was out 4th Segway tour.You then are led though parts of Honolulu, Waikiki and then up to diamond head look out. Throughout the tour Michael was a wealth of information including things to see and do if you come into the areas laster in your trip.He always ensured we were ok and hydrated since you are in a tropical climate and standing on the Segway for quite some time.Overall this was an great tour and would recommend it as a great way to see some sites.We also ended up eating lunch across the street with a recommendation from Michael and allowed to use their parking a bit longer

My boys and I booked a tour in Waikiki after being unable to book with another company on the other side of the island mid October. It turned out to be a great choice! Booking was super easy online and questions were answered about kids on the tour by email quickly.We arrived early and were greeted by name just walking in the door. The staff was warm, friendly and were put at ease immediately. We met out tour guide Alan (If I'm remembering correctly - or was it Alex... so bad with names). He helped us get our items into a locker and moved right into "training". It turns out it was just my 2 boys and myself so training went quickly leaving us more time on the tour.Alan took us to tourist places as well as some local places (as we were a small private group). He really had a way with my kids (twins age 10) and they loved him. He was right there to make sure all safety standards were met. Along the way he knew many of the locals and seemed to know everyone. When the tour was over, he retrieved our items from our locker and gave us some suggestions as to where to head off to eat. We would definitely book again with this company! My boys were ready to go again the next day. If we had more time, we may have done so. For now, all they want for Christmas in a Segway

Let me start off by saying I have taken many Segway tours all over the world. Everywhere I go on vacation I tried to find a Segway tour if possible. This by far was one of the very best Segway tour experiences I have ever had. My wife and I took the tour the day after Christmas.Alan the owner was our guide, he was very knowledgeable, informative, and personable. He was full of information about the island and different places you could go to eat. He also made a video / took photos of us and edited the video. Top notch service he definitely is the Louis Vuitton of Segway services. He definitely gives a personal touch with his tours that you don't find anywhere else. By the end of the tour I felt like we were family I look forward to coming back and having another tour I wholeheartedly recommend this company. I would give 10 stars if I could

Took a friend on a training tour from the 670 Auahi Street location around Kaka'ako Waterfront Park. Great ride with terrific attention from Alan and the folks in the store. Personal transporters in great condition. Very highly recommended. Peter R

One of the best tours we have done! It is a must-do on the first or second day when you get there! Help you know what you want to return to and spend more time! So much fun riding the Segway, learning the history, and seeing the sites. The family owns the company and has been in business for 20-plus years. Alan and his family are amazing people and they take their time to teach how to ride Segway! They even do a free video of the trip for their clients!!! Yes, it's a "Free video"

Michael was a terrific guide - we learned a lot on our historical Segway tor and had a lot of fun. For a bunch of retirees we felt capable and quite safe. it was my 5th Segway adventure - and I would do again in a heartbeatThanks! Kathy from Michigan.

Just amazing- 5 stars!! We come to Oahu to see family every year and wanted to do something different. We did the Magic Island tour and it was fun and very informative. We had 5 kids on the tour and they had instructions and guides that made us all feel safe. The stops were beautiful and a perfect photo op. We had Alan and Michael guide us around and they made the entire experience. We would highly recommend their company and tours. We can't wait to book for our next trip to Hawaii.
