Seagull Schools - Ocean Pointe Ewa

My daughter just started her schooling in Jan 5 and she's 3 yrs old. She loved going to school . She never cry or anything. Her teacher Josie is so patience along with Ms. Ruth. Also my daughter wasn't potty train and after 2 weeks she is already. I appreciate all the staffs at Oceanpointe. They are always smiling and making me as parent feeling comfortable and at ease leaving my child with their care.

Since it was close to home, we decided to apply for Seagull for my 3 year old daughter, however, we had another school that we were thinking of while waiting for the paper work from Seagull school. To reserve a spot we were required to pay half of the tuition. We decided to go with the other school. I called Seagull sometime in June which was at least 2 months before the 2016-2017 school year starts to let them know my daughter will NOT be attending Seagull. I asked about the refund check and the lady on the phone said it should be in the mail approximately 2 weeks. Fast forward and no check in the mail. I followed up and they said it will take another 2 weeks. As a busy mom, I completely forgot about NOT receiving my refund check. It's now September 2016 and I decided to make a phone call to Seagull Ocean Pointe. I informed the lady that as of today, we have not received our check. She does not know what happened or even if it was sent to the right address meaning they have no record of anything! Angry as I was, she reassured me that she will place a call to the main office in Kailua as soon as the office opens and have them re-write a check. She informed me that the check will take about 7 business days. 3 days later...I decided to call the Kailua office instead. Come to find out they have never received a request from Seagull Ocean Pointe to write a check. No request from them back in June and not a second request for the refund check this time. The lady on the phone completely agreed with me that Seagull Ocean Pointe is disorganized and it was utterly unethical for them to give me the run around. I'm so glad that I didn't choose this school for my child. Do yourself a favor and don't even think of applying your child here.

Far drive out here, but teachers always friendly, we pick up swimmers for our swim classes !

We love seagull school. The teachers here are care about your kids. And that is what we need. We were in class room 8 (Ms. Mel , Ms. Kam and Ms. Hans). Every times my son came home with happy smiles. He loves his little a friends and teachers. He shared that what he learn and plan at school. Such as bugs hunt, solar planets, phonics. Building and etc. It was my son's last day in seagull school for preschool year. He is moving on to Kindergarten. He is so sad to leave the school. I would highly recommend for your kids

Called today to get information and to see if I could get a tour of the campus for my 4 year old and was completely blown off by the lady who answered the phone. Asked her for the tour and all she said was, "we don't have any openings for the school year, ok bye". So what Seagulls? No wait list? I guess they're too good for anyone else's business. Sorry to have wasted your time on a one minute phone call lady. If that's how you treat prospective parents I can't imagine how you would treat these children. It's ok though. Called the Seagulls in Kapolei and she was a lot nicer about the whole, "we're full thing." At least she took down my info and told me about their wait list.

Teachers are very friendly and the curriculum is fantastic! Lots of outdoor playtime, arts and crafts, reading, and much more. The classroom is always neat and tidy. Highly recommend.
