Would be higher but I was disappointed to find out that the slide hasn't been fixed in a while so it's closed and there was no rock wall like I saw pictures of. But they do have a diving board and I believe the deep end is 12'. Be careful when in the lobby as there was water scattered around and you could slip and fall. There's a ton of chairs and it's not really busy. A bunch of parking as well ! They even have lifeguards on duty !

If you can get military access, this pool is free like the Hickam pool but this pool I think it's better because it has a diving board that's a little higher up and a slide that my kids love going down. You just have to pass a swim test that takes place on every 50 min of the hour where you have to swim half the pool length and then tread water for a minute. There are vending machines with snacks. There are clean bathroom and showers and a machine that dries your swim shorts. They have a kiddie pool and an outdoor area you can rent out for a party.

I've been to this pool a few times but that was years and years ago and always had a blast! There were 2 diving boards, one high, one low, and a water slide. Super fun, right? Anyway, just recently, I went to a pool party that was held there and omg this place has changed. No longer has 2, just the high diving board and of course the poor neglected water slide. Why neglected you ask??? First of all...If you have kids (under 18) that aren't able to swim halfway from the middle of that pool to the other end and right after that is not able to tread water and stay a float for one minute, not even having your chin slightly go under water, this NOT a place you should be taking them.According to the lifeguards there, this is a "nationwide test" that swimmers have to pass in order to use the diving board and slide. So if you're okay with seeing your kids being disappointed or in tears when they fail the test that mind you, CAN ONLY BE TAKEN ONCE DURING THE WHOLE DAY (you can't try again until you're next visit) then go ahead and bring them to Scott Pool! My family has had many pool parties here and we have a BIG family that continues to grow. After the experience we've had, Scott Pool will longer receive any business from us and will make sure we spread the word about how much this place has changed. The Kroc Center would be more of an ideal place to go if you ask me. You don't have to be military or go through the headache of being sponsored to get in and your kids won't have to pass what seems like a test to be a lifeguard to fully enjoy themselves.

I brought my sons here the first time for a Cub Scout picnic. It has covered picnic tables outside the fence. The life guards tested the boys swimming the length of the pool. I think the life guard said it was 50 yards or meters. Then the boys were timed treading water for one minute. The boys were given a swim test card that allows them to use the slide and diving board. Our second visit we let the life guards know when checking in that my oldest son was practicing for the Boy Scout swim test. He reviewed the arm and leg movements on the side walk with my son as we weren't sure of the "resting backstroke". There were plenty of life guards at each area of the pool. I gave this pool five stars because of the life guard and variety at the pool ie lap swim lanes, slide, diving board area, deeper dive toy area and free swim area.

Located in Pearl Harbor so you must have a military or DoD ID to use this facility. Lifeguards are present and they're very helpful and courteous. There is a separate picnic area you can reserve for parties and a wading pool for children 6yrs and under. The pool is not heated so make sure you go on a very warm day or be prepared to jump into the ice cold water. The pool consists of a waterside and 3 rock walls. Very entertaining for all ages. Bathrooms are clean and private and private showers have warm water and soap.. And the best part, to use this facility is free so no complaints.

Scott's pool is an excellent pool to frequent when on base. The pool is very secured, there's room for training. The pool measures 50 and to a depth of 8 feet plus. Lanes are sectioned off during lap hours. There is staffed lifeguard on duty at all hours. I also noticed that there is a kiddy pool on the side as well as a BBQ area. A person could spend an entire day of relaxation at scott's pool. The pool measures 50 and to a depth of 8 feet plus. Lanes are sectioned off during lap hours. The men's bathroom is spacious, there are several lockers, showers usually well stocked and well maintained. Plenty of parking right outside of the pool area. Not sure about the pool hours in general, ill have to update this next time.

Haven't been to scott pool in years, but it's the same as ever. We actually attended an after-hours pool party so I can't say how busy their regular business hours are, but it's a great spot for a teen birthday party. The kids all loved the super slide and high dive. We were able to bring our own pool toys too (aka mermaid tails for some pool practice swimming) About 4' is as shallow as it gets.

It's free!! The army pools charge $2 for active duty, but considering the man power and resources it's well worth it! There's a diving board and a water slide. A small pool, shallow area and lap swim are also available. There is a test you must pass to use the diving board and slide. You have to swim 25 yards then tread water for a minute with your ears above the water. My older kids could do this without a problem (9, 11). I saw a kid fail because his ears were in the water. But I also saw kids that looked about 6 years old with bands saying they passed the test so I don't know if they make exceptions or not. There's lots of shade and parking. Note, swim test is only given during the 10 minute break and 10 to the hour.

It's convenient from where i live. I think they need to do some updating, but there were no lines for the water slide or diving board. The kiddie pool is s great idea, but the shade they have over it makes the pool freezing cold. All in all it was nice to cool off on a hot day, probably won't be coming back as i have a 1 year old.

Love this pool! Monday through Thursday lap swim is offered at three separate times: super early in the morning, mid day, and again in the early evening. The staff and guards are friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend !
