After all these years this is still my go-to place not just because they have a wide array of jewelry making supplies and displays, but especially because I'm a procrastinator and sometimes need things right away. I'm also a hands-on person and it makes a big difference to see in person what you're getting as opposed to ordering online. The quality This store is open to the general public. You don't need a GE or a wholesale license. They also have sales on their overstock items and they have a catalog on request (though I've never ordered through it). Like everyone says, it's hard to find. It's right across Mark's Garage on the Diamond Head side. Look for glass door and a small lobby, and you'll find the elevator up to the 4th floor store.

They also offer loose Tahitian, south sea , akoya , freshwater, and even natural pearls and natural conch pearls. Don't forget their finished 14k and sterling silver made locally by tropical creations. The office located in Kaneohe staff Mary and Darlene lita and Terrell are the best. Zack and liko can help you at their retail store located at tropical farms near kuala ranch. We were referred to this store from a local jewelry maker in the area. Bought some Edison pearls and the staff was very helpful! Answered all our questions and let us take our time making our selections. Would highly recommend!

This is one stop shop for my jewelry making business!! The workers are very helpful and the shop has everything I need weather it be findings, wire, solder, gift boxes... Schwartz has it all :) the newest addition of pearls is wonderful !!!

We were sent over from the Moana location to see assembled jewelry sets, and informed that the staff can assemble simple jewelry sets.Zero customers and there were 2 staff. They appear unhelpful and disinterested.And unfamiliar with the location of the ready assembled pendants and misrepresented the prices . The girl seem more interested in her cell.Why do they bother to staff the place if they can't even assemble any jewelry. The jewelry that were assembled have blemishes on the pearls so did not buy anything at all. Do not recommend !Been to other jewelry wholesalers who can assemble bracelets in 20 mins

Bought a pack of gold jewelry boxes and inside ALL of them were mold at the bottom, underneath the cotton. I called & left a voicemail the same day, last week when I bought them and NEVER heard back. The receipts & policy states they don't do refunds nor exchanges, yet sell moldy jewelry boxes? Shady

Here right now st aloha pearls awesome place to hang while it's pouring on the windward side, lots of macadamia nut products and Kons coffee! Come in today and you can say hi to Cody!! He's very helpful and gives a good bargain. This is my 4th time here and I love their pearls. Highly recommend it for all. Ate at waiahole poi factory just before we came- delicious authentic Hawaiian food!

This place is amazing! My mom sent me in with a long list of supplies for her business and the employees were able to help us figure it all out and get it done quickly. They have stuff EVERYWHERE so it was a bit overwhelming but overall we were pleased. We got all of the wires, solder paste, pickling flux, and pearls pearls galore! They also had the blazier butane that we couldn't find anywhere else on Oahu (and costs 45.00 to ups from blazier )! Overall we would definitely recommend this place! The employees are really helpful in locating items in the store (since I had no idea what they were ) and they didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need.
