Thank you for understandingI walked into Sbarro's at Kapolei just when they were cleaning up to close. Unfortunately I wasn't able to taste the pizza! I have tried Sbarro's delicious and large slice pizza at the Ala Moana Center food court. They have Stromboli, pasta, salads and more to offer. Staff was friendly and eagerly asked me to come back tomorrow for great pizza! I loved their enthusiasm. The counters and floors were clean. Staff was busy on more clean up and I only asked a few questions. I was informed that they opened up just before Thanksgiving if 2023. I'll be back!

Ordered a spaghetti w/meatballs combo and wanted the salad as my side. I was told that spaghetti w/meatballs combo only comes with a drink and no side. I pointed to the make it a combo sign ( add 1 side and a drink for $8.46 more) The worker said that's only for the pizza and Stromboli, it doesn't apply to the pasta. Does your sign say that????? NOOOOOO. Anyways he had already made my soda. At that point I was pissed. Why would I buy a spaghetti w/meatballs combo for $23.27 that only comes with a drink if the spaghetti w/meatballs by itself is $17.37. So the drink is $6 ???? But on the menu there fountain drinks are reg $4.00 large $4.49. So making it a combo cost more than buying a drink and the pasta separate. This makes no sense. I told him I didn't want the fucking drink already. And I just paid for the pasta. I was so fucking mad I had to leave. I came back inside just to take a picture of the menus. Please fix your fucking menus if you aren't going to honor what you have displayed. It's very deceiving . Anyways stay away from this place. A bunch of crooks !

Chose to go in because there was no line as compared to all of the other restaurants, and now I know why. First off, they are very overpriced. $11 almost $12 for a slice of mediocre pizza. Then we sat down and one of the slices was half of pizza slice box. There was no way I was going to allow that, not for that price. There were 3 slices and this man tried to jip us and give us the smallest piece. I had to say something, sorry, not for $12. Fortunately, he gave us another slice but I had to also voice out that I didn't want the slice that I just saw a fly on. Definitely NEVER coming back here.

The absolute worst service I made a comment to my wife that the pizza looked dry and out for a while and the employee chimed in with an attitude saying it'll be warmed up... there are no prices posted in the restaurant we paid for a Single Slice and a Cannes Drink total $14.00 looked online and it's $7.00 told them why were we charges double? They replied those are the old prices and why isn't the prices displayed they replied because our monitors aren't updated told them they should honor their online prices and was told that it was IMPOSSIBLE for them to. Pizza literally was garbage sliding off the doughy bread had to eat it with a fork.Will never give that establishment another dime

Lady at the front has a crazy attitude for just mentioning the pricing on the food. How is a stromboni in the mainland going to cost $8.50 there. But $16 here. That's just outrageous. The worst part, it wasn't even cooked all the way.

$19 for 2 slices of pizza. $14 for a 6 inch Stromboli. Absolutely not worth the price.

Don't go here unless you want to be ripped off. Their menu does not have complete prices, and what they do list is way over priced. I realize prices of everything have gone up but this is ridiculous. Normally different types of pizza slices are different prices but this place charges over $11 for a slice of cheese pizza and it seems like all slices are the same price. Prices do not match their online menu. Service was given with a side of sass and I believe we were intentionally quoted wrong prices. Will never darken their doorway again. As other reviews have mentioned, their prices don't match online or what is on their menu (which lacks prices for all items) and I highly recommend anyone who got jacked here to contact their corporate office and let them know they are scamming their customers.

A piece of pizza and side salad over 21.00. Since when has the cost gone up so much... Could have brought a whole pizza from Pizza Hut or Domino. We should have told him kerp his stuff, but my husband had gone in to buy it for me.

Food is "ok" the Stromboli was raw and not cooked all the way! Dough was rawSpaghetti with meatball is ridiculous for what they give and how much it is.

Yikes. I came in again today and saw your prices for a slice of pizza. Your combo (pizza slice and a drink) was $14-$16. Now that's unreasonable for a slice of pizza from Sbarro. What gives???That's an unrealistic markup. I understand it's Hawaii and you are in the mall but still...let's be reasonable. Costco is right down the road and a slice of the same size is around $1.50....don't even try to say it's the ingredients for pizza....cheese pepperoni and pizza dough are not $14 worth in difference. This is shameful.
