We worked with Sandra for almost 2 years planning our wedding. When we started, we had a strong idea of what we wanted for our wedding but a really hard time finding the right venue in California. Hiring Sandra was one of the best decisions in our wedding planning process we could have made. She found 25 + venue options for us and scheduled in person site visits. Without her, we would not have found the perfect venue for our vision. Our favorite part of hiring Sandra was that it never felt like work planning our wedding. It was as fun as we wanted it to be. Anything that we didn't have time to handle we knew we could trust Sandra to help us with. Although we had an unconventional wedding in mind, we loved her enthusiasm and energy when we brought up new ideas. She always worked with us to make it happen. We would 10 out of 10 recommend Sandra for a wedding planner!

We didnt even get a chance to experience the complimentary consultation. A meeting was scheduled but nobody called, texted or emailed. Not much we can say besides poor planning.Update: I was told that by the coordinator that they are not in a position to fight for our business, as she excused herself for missing the appointment.

Hiring a wedding planner is the right thing to do, if you want your wedding day to be painless. Especially when dealing with a short time to prepare a destination wedding. Visualizing the entire process is almost impossible, especially trying to understand all steps required to plan your special day. Jenn knew how to put our wedding together just the way we wanted without having to explain too much. The wedding venues/vendors she recommended were all great. Jenn and her team are extremely professional and know their stuff when it comes to wedding planning. Before the wedding as we were finalizing everything, she knew the details to hone in on and pointed out things that I didn't think about.On the day of the wedding, the Savvy representative who was with me, was extremely calm and collected. Savvy was able to put my ceremony and reception together in only 15 minutes (the venue only gave us that much time). I forgot I left my marriage certificate in a file tucked away in my bags, but somehow they found it without even asking me. I highly recommend her!

Throughout the planning process we weren't sure of who to hire and had gone through many coordinators, especially through the Wedding Cafe, but we weren't going to spend 3000+ for a Coordinator. We knew what we wanted, we wanted to experience the entire wedding planning, but didn't want to deal with the day of stress. We were referred to Savvy Weddings by our florist, Spinning WEB who had raved immensely about Jennifer and her team. During our first meeting Jennifer got straight to the point and went through all the different types of packages they offered. We knew right away the Tall package (Day of Coordination) suited us perfectly. They had given us a reasonable rate and was well within our budget. Any questions we had the year and months to our wedding, they had replied quickly and efficiently to. All communication was done through email, phone calls were encouraged, however, not needed. We were feeling more stressful, maybe just me, about a month to the wedding.. but once we had our final meeting it was all smooth sailing from there. Jennifer thought of everything.. The timeline.. Songs.. Vendors... Deposits... Props... She was even there for the Wedding Rehearsal. Everything was on point. We didn't have to communicate with the other vendors because she dealt with all of it and had given them a Master Timeline weeks/ days to the big day. It really seemed like a Day of Coordinaton was more like a Month of Coordination. They went above and beyond what we imagined. We could go on and on about Savvy Weddings but it was because of them our wedding went by smoothly. My mother in law was late for the ceremony, but I didn't find out until a week after the wedding. They made sure the timeline and all our needs were adressed. We will be forever grateful for Jennifer and Traci!

PS: The wedding coordination is still in progress, I will update with follow up review.The experience we've had so far with Savvy is quite mixed. We decided to go with Savvy because 1) they are on our venue's preferred wedding coordinator list, 2) all positive reviews on Yelp. However, our communication has been very slow. It has been over a month since we locked in contract, we haven't even gotten the 1st draft of planning documents. It feels more like constantly tapping on our planner and asking for response or update after passing the promised delivery date. Not sure if this is going to continue to be this way. Now our wedding is less than 6 months away, I am freaking out here. If you have worked with Savvy before, please message me and let me know of your experience.

Amanda and her team were absolute lifesavers as our day-of coordinators! With so many details to incorporate--like our Siva Samoa, lei ceremony, dinner hula, fire dancers, and live musicians--Amanda and her team managed everything flawlessly. They kept everything on schedule and ensured each part of our celebration was executed perfectly, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the experience.Their attention to detail and ability to handle the logistics (alllll the rentals!) of such a dynamic day was incredible. Amanda was our lead wedding planner and she and her A team went above and beyond to make sure our special wedding day was the most amazing we could have ever imagined! My husband and I were so thrilled with all of the attention to details and for taking care of any little or big tasks that came about the day of and the weeks before. I originally reached out to Amanda because we wanted to plan a Hawaii destination wedding. We ended up changing our minds a few weeks into the process and found a local beautiful venue in San Francisco that best suited our needs and vision. Amanda, originally from California was still able to be our lead planner for the day of and flew into SF just to make sure our wedding day was perfect. She was very communicative throughout the planning process and we kept in close contact the 7 months leading up to the big day! She was hands on with all of our vendors and family members and everyone complimented her professionalism and easy to get along with personality. We loved Amanda and Savvy Weddings!! Made our day a complete fairy tale and we will never forget how wonderful we felt the day of not having to worry about anything!

We just had our wedding at the Halekulani in Honolulu. I can't say enough good things about how Amanda made our wedding so special. Both my husband and I were able to relax and have a good time both leading up to and during our destination wedding because of Amanda's hard work. Amanda was familiar with all of the potential vendors and every person she referred us to was excellent. Even down to helping us select our menu, everything she suggested was perfect. Amanda went above and beyond to make sure my wedding was what I wanted and more! Our wedding was planned at the peak of covid shut down. Unfortunately, we had to postpone our wedding several times. Amanda never dropped the ball on any details and always was on top of regulations in the event things would open up spontaneously. We are originally from California and we were having a destination wedding. Considering we were not physically present to meet vendors we had to put our trust in Amanda. She never failed! She heard me cry laugh and much more. I never thought I would make a life long friend with my wedding planner. Although the wedding plans were dragged out and out of our control due to Covid regulations, Amanda pulled off our wedding with last minute notice! The day of our marriage was magical! Everything was taken care of including my well being! If I can talk personally to other brides about each detail and EXTRAS Amanda did considering all the ups and downs anyone could ever go through with a world crisis. I would not hesitate to give out my personal information to have a chat! If your looking for a planning company that fits all the check boxes your looking for, Savvy weddings has it!
