Savannah's Chair Covers Rentals & Events

To be honest, I called a different chair cover company first, and they were not available on our date. It worked out for the better, since Stephany and her team are amazing! Stephany was very quick and professional in all of her correspondence (via text and email). They arrived at the venue to set up and tear down on time. Everything looked amazing and I am so happy with the job they did. I didn't really notice until the end of the reception when they started to take off the chair covers, but it makes a HUGE difference. The chair covers and the ribbons really made the ambiance so romantic and beautiful. I was a really particular bride when it came to colors, and I know colors can look different on the computer vs in person. Stephany was really understanding about this and sent me pictures of completed venues. That really helped me get an idea of the overall look of the banquet hall, instead of just looking at one ribbon online. Since we live on the mainland, I insisted my mom physically go look at the ribbons and chair colors--I had a vision for the day and I wanted her to make sure I picked the right color. She had a bit of back and forth with Stephany since they are both so busy. My mom said when they finally figured out a day, Stephany was very helpful and spent more time with her than expected.I didn't actually meet Stephany on my wedding day; I left my sister in charge of the vendors and Stephany is the only one she commented on afterwards, just saying how great she was. I would recommend them for any event!

As a gift to my niece whom was getting married, I decided to rent chair covers to make this special event look extra beautiful. Based on my research as for as pricing, color options, and read the reviews, I decided on Savannah's Chairs. I reached out via email, and Stephany was very prompt at replying and she was so accommodating and friendly. She required a non-refundable $600 deposit upfront, and I reserved her a year in advance. We were fortunate that she had our date available during the summer!Unfortunately, my niece decided to move her wedding off island. I mentioned this to Stephany only a few months prior to the wedding date, and she was nice enough to hold my non-refundable credit to be used at a later date for the same services.So I contacted her a year later, this time as a gift for my other niece's sweet 16. Stephany happily obliged, she remembered me and again super accommodating tried to help me in any way she possibly could. The sweet 16 was at the North Shore, and since Savannah's Chairs do not delivery/set-up on that side of the island, she was willing to have me pick up the chair covers to use at our event. But again, I had to cancel this services. I found out the ranch where this party was being held at, wasn't in a grassed area and I didn't want the chair covers to get dirty.This review is way over due, I wanted Stephany to know how much I appreciated her helping me out and that although it was a long time ago, I still never forgot.

Stephany and her team did a great job setting up and tearing down the chair covers and reception decor on our wedding day. The specialty linens were stunning. The entire room design flowed, and you surpassed all expectations.Stephany is very professional, dependable, and prompt in answering any questions you may have. This review has nothing to do with there service or the work they do because we didn't get a chance to use it!!!My wife and I paid in full to have my nieces wedding done in June, world wide pandemic breaks out wife loses her job and these people won't refund us. Was told we can postpone. My niece then postponed wedding till August and still in pandemic and no large gatherings and having to social distance. Wedding will take place but the couple chose not to do a reception because nobody will host a big event. I reached out several times for a refund with no luck. I get that I signed a contract saying non refundable but I'm not seeking a refund just because!!! It's sad that even in a world wide pandemic and families struggling to make ends meet, mind you my wife is still unemployed because she works in tourism, and with no end in site it's very disheartening! All we wanted was our money refunded as we are struggling in these uncertain times!!PLEASE REFUND US SO WE CAN USE THE MONEY TOWARDS OTHER NECESSITIES INSTEAD OF HOLDING OUR MONEY FOR A FUTURE EVENT THAT WE MAY NEVER HAVE!!

Stephany was so easy to work with. She responded to emails timely and addressed any concerns I had with much understanding and promptness. I sent her inspirational floral designs and she surpassed my expectations and visions! Unfortunately our Hawaii wedding (in summer!) encountered a thunderstorm which left us having make a tough decision of bringing the ceremony indoors, less than 45 minutes before the ceremony began.Savannah events really pulled it off in the last minute change to the indoor location. I was very HAPPY with the services that Stephany had provided us on our wedding day. She was very friendly, and responded quickly to my text messages. Her showroom was cosy, and beautiful! At first, I wanted everything; linens, chair covers, backdrop and drapes inside the entire venue, a love seat and flowers. Despite the changes, Stephany was super accommodating. She never gave me a hard time about cancelling some of the services I got from her, and sent my invoice right away.I chose to do all white for my venue. I had white table covers, white chair covers, white sashes, and amazing pipe and drapes behind the head table. I was also provided with the leis, bouquets, boutonnieres, and a big arrangement for my head table. She provided me roses in pink and white color. They weren't exactly the flowers I was looking for, because I made a fake flower arrangement for my centerpieces, but, they were really beautiful. If you are particular, I would suggest that you have Stephany provide you with your flower needs, that way it would all coordinate and look the same.Overall, I did not get to thank Stephany after my wedding, but I hope she knows that I appreciate her very much for her services. So glad that we found Savannah's Events for our wedding! Stephany was so nice and easy to work with. I sent her my inspiration pictures and she made my vision come to life! We went to Stephany for our arch decor, centerpieces, chair covers with sashes and florals. They made all of our bouquets, boutonnières, leis, floral arrangements, arch and sweetheart table flowers too! Everything was beautiful!After sending Stephany our inquiry, she replied to us the very next day. It was easy to make appointments to meet with her after work. And she was very easy to communicate with. I liked that I was able to text her at anytime with questions and she would reply within a day. She made recommendations to us to help us save some money. And I really liked that they provide multiple services -- florals, linens, chair covers, and up lighting as well. She was also so helpful in making recommendations for other vendors. After meeting with her she asked if there were any other services I needed and she sent me a list of vendors I could contact.. that was so helpful!Thank you Stephany for your work! I would recommend you to anyone for any kind of occasion!

Stephany was amazing ! I am so glad we chose to work with Savannahs ! They were very quick to respond and answered all our questions. Also played a big part in help bringing what we envisioned to life for our wedding day. Everything came out so beautiful and I couldn't have been more happy. I highly recommend them and will be referring Savannahs to anyone that asks. Thank you again Savannahs !!

Beautiful services and great customer relationship! No wonder, Savannah was one of the top vendors of a lot of wedding venues and coordinators.

I inquired through her website and savannah texted me right away, we were communicating back and forth sending pictures of inspiration and what not. Then she just stop responding to me. I tried to reach out again a couple more times and I have it some time. I still have not gotten a response :( I wish she would jus tell me she's not available so I can inquire with other vendors.. My last follow up was January 12, 2022. It's now January 25, 2022 and still no response or reply from her..So unprofessional
