This is my first visit to a San Lorenzo store so I wasn't sure what to expect with the selection, but OMG, there's so many cute swimsuits to choose from!I'm not confident in my body, so finding a swimsuit was a bit uncomfortable for me. Luckily, during my entire visit, my mom and I were the only ones there and I was able to try on things without other eyes on me. There were so many, and I mean so many styles and prints to choose from that I was just loading up on things to try. At first my mom gave me gas when I selected a mint polka dot 2-piece, but after trying it on, she changed her tune because it was actually very cute lol and on sale so even better!The music vibes were cool - really great 80s music and the sales associate wasn't not pushy at all in fact she gave us space and made suggestions and shared styling tips when we asked her. Overall, I would definitely come back here to shop for more swimsuits. The styles and color options, not to mention reversible suits, are just awesome!

It's very odd that these girls don't even acknowledge you when you walk in or even try to help you. It's super quiet in there. Maybe music will help? The girl with glasses is on her laptop at the register doing who knows what. The other employee is lounging on the sofa bench thing. I waited a few minutes and although the clothes are really cute in there, being ignored is very awkward. How do you even make your sales? 9/14 3:45pm

So I'd give this place negative stars if Yelp would let me. Horrible employees work here who will laugh and judge you for not being stick thin.Going shopping for swimwear always brings out self judgment. But the workers here will judge and laugh at you if don't look like the models on the walls. I went in with my husband and a friend for a sale I saw advertised across multiple social media apps. Both employees were behind the counter most of the hour we were shopping. While we were trying on the swimwear, I could hear the girls talking and laughing, but I was not paying attention to them as they didn't help me much in the dressing room. They definitely treated others more friendlier than they did with me, including my friend. We made our purchases (she bought a too and bottom) and I walked out. Once outside, my friend was visibly upset. The chatting I heard was the employees make fun of my friend. One said she was too big for their sizes. Besides the fact that the employees will shame you, a few of the bikinis I wanted to try on were dirty. I have years of experience in retail management, if any of my employees would have done this, they would not have a job.

MILITARY BEWARE!!!!DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. My husband bought me a Christmas gift from here and the sales girl assured him that I would have the holiday 30 day exchange policy (they do not allow returns for money back) rather than the normal 14 day return policy like most stores.I went today to exchange the top that is still on the "NEW IN" rack and the first thing the girl says is you are past the 14 day period. I said it was purchased during the holidays and falls between the 30 day period. She says oh ok!She then comes back to me and says did you get a "Military Discount"? I said, oh I don't know. My husband bought it for me for Christmas and he's retired military so maybe.She says any discount given is "all sales final". The girl that sold it to my husband no longer works there. I said my husband would NEVER know about a 30 day return/exchange policy unless he was told that. He would be clueless about that. They said well, he signed it agreeing to it! My husband said NO, I signed for the purchase I didn't sign agreeing to all sales final.She calls her boss and lets me know that they cannot do anything until she calls back. After about 15 minutes she tells me that they will make an exception this time but for future they will not do it. I said that is not what the sales girl told my husband! She goes what more do you want me to do? We're allowing it so what's the problem? I said the problem is the attitude!I then wait to try a few things on. The girl in front of me is told by one of the sales girls that her bags have to be left outside the dressing room. (I can understand as one was a bigger shopping bag from another store. The girl ends up giving it to her husband to hold while she tries her things on. I then say I can take my purse into the dressing room right? She tells me "NO, it has to stay outside of the dressing room." I said, my purse???? This little thing??? I can't take my purse into the dressing room? She says, "NO!" I then am so upset at the way I was being treated that I throw all the things I was going to try on onto the counter and said this is BULLSHIT! I will never purchase anything from this store again and I will warn everyone about how they treat people!The sales girls say "OK!, Have a nice day!"I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SAN LORENZO!!!VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES AND THE SALES GIRLS ARE LITTLE SMART ASSES WITH ATTITUDES.ANY TYPE OF DISCOUNT IS A ALL SALES FINAL! I recently purchased a suit there in a rush. It was beautiful but even checking out I felt unsure about my purchase. I was advised by the sales associate that I had 14 days to return if unworn with tag and receipt. I held on the the suit to think about it and at my 13 day mark I made my way back to return it. There was a different sales associate who told me that now that the item is on the sale rack I could not return it and that only full price items could be returned. After telling the clerk that I purchased the suit while it was full price, she agreed to make the return because apparently person who sold it to me was the manager? It still doesn't makes sense to me. If you have two weeks to make a return you have two weeks. It should be irrelevant if the item when on sale after you purchased it. The associate didn't seem knowledgable and wasn't very professional about how she handled the situation. For such a premium price I would expect better customer care. I also don't understand why a gift card purchased at one location is only good there and cannot be used at other stores. That is irritating. Lastly, I had several suits that I love from there over the years, but they continually change the designs (which is great and creative) but I want that cut that flattered me most, which isn't made anymore. I find that to be a huge downfall for the brand. I value consistency.

I came in here looking for a new bikini, knowing the prices ahead of time. This company is a higher end bathing suit (Brazilian) and you can expect to pay around $70-100 top and bottom a piece. There was not a huge range of selection in the store and I was a bit confused trying to find sizes that would fit me (I'm bigger in the top section). I tried to look for a sales associate, as I wasn't greeted when I came in the door (even though I was the only customer in the store), but she was too busy talking to her friend to acknowledge me. She did look over at me though, so I'm not sure if this is standard to ignore customers here or what? Very disappointing.

The swim suits here are beautiful, I'm hooked. They are pricey, a set can run from $120-$160+. They are reversible so it's like your getting 2 suits for the price. Good quality and feels great.

On the afternoon of 2/20/20 I purchased a bikini from an employee who happened to be new to possibly wear on 2/22. The new employee did not explain the policy clearly to me since I was under the impression that I could return this within 14 days after purchasing. I wouldn't have bought the bikini if I knew what the policy really was because I bought the bikini for pending plans for Sandbar on Sat. 2/22.I ended up having to work & not being able to attend my plans or to wear the bikini so after work on 2/22, I go back to the store to return it. Alexis was very polite & helped me contact Kristin, the store manager via phone. Kristin told me to leave my name & number so that corporate could contact me on 2/24. It's now 2/28 & no one has contacted me back yet. At this point I want my refund for this unworn bikini because the service in contacting me back has been poor... it's been a whole week and I haven't spoke to Corporate! It also wasn't MY fault the return policy wasn't correctly explained to me from the beginning. Note that my receipt wasn't even signed. 30 minutes ago today, I called to speak to Kristin & she said she would return my phone call. I want my refund. Thanks

Entered into the store to silence. Didn't receive a greeting from the cashier (only sales advisor in the front of store). Brushed it off. Started to browse, but had trouble actually shopping since I wasn't welcome in, felt unwelcome. I was thee only visitor at the moment and wasn't given customer service of any kind. Quickly left out the door with out a purchase. I don't plan on supporting this business any longer. They pay their staff minimum wage...the low wage is probably the reason for poor customer service. Only low quality employee take on the job for such low pay.
