Love stopping at this lil market when in the area. Go early for the daily snacks, they run out fast.

This place is so nostalgic I remember coming here as a kid. I love the paki cake with Yoo-hoo. I remember saving up my money or asking for food stamps to get some Funyuns and manapua. It's one of a kind and a must stop whenever I'm home. Been missing you lately Laie. Tucked away next to the famous hukilau cafe on the north shore. Recently ordered paki cake and can't wait to taste home again.

Cute little convenience store right next to Hukilau Cafe. For $14 picked up two spam musubis, two hot dog buns, a pack of three pake cakes and a little bubble wand for my toddler. Nicest lady running the store. In addition to the homemade snacks, good selection of essentials. Felt good to shop here as opposed to Foodland and the bigger stores.Edit: went again earlier in the morning (~7am) and there was a bigger snack selection. Picked up a chicken curry roti (not pictured, ate too fast), spam & cheese bun, tuna bun, sticky rice cake and a couple of musubis. Love this place.

I love these mom and pop's stores that make/sell their own food items as well. I was next door at Hukilau Cafe picking up breakfast, and while waiting, stopped in here to get some things. The first thing that hits you when you walk in is the overwhelming smell of fried oil that was used to cook various meats... especially a spam smell. I loved it. Everything looked really good but I stuck with just a rice cake since I was already getting breakfast from Hukilau. The owners also seemed friendly. Would definitely stop here again to try some of their other prepared foods. Oh, and the rice cake was amazing. One of the best I've ever eaten. Soft/perfect texture and just the right amount of sweetness.

Based on the roti, I am giving a 4 star review! This roti wrap is amazing! It's a curry wrap with chicken and potatoes inside. Very tasty, you could never imagine you could buy something delicious from a little hole in the wall store. Go try it!! They only make a certain amount and then sell it. I will definitely stop by again if I'm in the area.

I've been going to this store since I was a little kid. They always have great snack and lynch options. Almost like a glimpse of china town with their baked goods, rice cake, cookies, etc. I love China Town so I can appreciate this. My kids love the musubi's and hot dog in a bun, my loves the chicken roti andI love the Chinese treats. You can always count on fresh pake cake.

I've been going to this store since I was young, their roti, musubis and pake cake are so good! I always bring home for the family. Today I went in, grabbed 3 rotis for my family tried to purchase and the cashier told me " only limited 2 per family". They insisted on the 2 limit per family , I told them since when ?! because they didn't have a sign in the warmer that it was in, nothing. I was shocked, I have a big family, " he kept insisting ITS NOT FAIR. what's not fair is me not being able to feed my family what they want. Then the lady inside making the musubis kept shouting " THATS NOT FAIR TO EVERYONE!!!" repeating herself like I didn't hear her the first time. In the end I just canceled my transaction because they were overly mad at the fact that I just wanted 3 and not 2. I wish they treated customers better who continue to support local people.
