Saito & Pho

Saito Pho is definitely worth checking out. One of the best pho spots I've been to on the east side of the island. The broth is perfectly seasoned--not too salty, just full of flavor. The noodles have that perfect bouncy texture and the portions they give are generous.The service was fast

I recommend trying Saito & Pho again if you weren't too impressed years ago. I decided to give it another try and was not disappointed. I ordered 2 delicious takeout items. The eye round steak & brisket pho had such a tasty broth that I drank the whole thing, which I have never done before for pho or ramen. There were ample veggies to add to the pho. Both meat were tender. I ordered a large size. It was enough to feed 2 people or one hungry person.The BBQ Pork & Spring Roll Vermicelli had a good amount of pork. The veggies and fish sauce was portioned well. I ordered my takeout once I reached the restaurant and only waited 10 minutes for my lunch order. There was a steady stream of take out orders picked up while I was there. It was a particularly rainy and windy day. The warm tasty pho hit the spot. It is definitely worth a visit! Please go back and give them another chance if you weren't too impress and haven't been there in over a year.

Saw this place on yelp,as well as other people mentioned about there's 2 other locations. So after my husband blood draw this morning I drove to the windward side and tried this place for lunch. I wanted to eat their waffle steak with onions and my husband said he'll try their beef tendon pho. He said the broth was very good although some of the slice beef were chewy, fishballs were very good lots of vermicelli noodles as well. Now to the waffle steak it came our on a sizzling plate. This meal comes with rice, toss salad, miso soup. You can choose also with sashimi or tempura for a extra cost. I ordered the steak with sashimi. The steak was certain parts chewy but other parts were very good and tender. Came with onions and their sauce was with poured with shoyu sugar mixture.The sashimi was fresh the toss salad was just mainland lettuce with thin slices of carrots with Italian dressing. Miso soup was nice temp hot. All in all it was good and will try something else the next time.

Came here for the first time. Another great place for Pho. I like the decor which hows off the new renovations of the place. Service was friendly. The large pho I ordered was delicious and a good size portion. The only negative was that took a lot longer than other Pho restaurants to get our food. Still, I'm glad to have another great Pho places to add to my list to eat at.

I actually love the food from this restaurant. I normally do take out. But for once, we decided to dine in. The food was awesome, but service was not the friendliest! They gave us another tables food, so we told them we didn't order it, the waitress just took it and didn't say anything. It was really rude. After the interaction, I'm not sure even do takeout in the future.

The food was good and came out pretty quick considering it was a busy Sunday after church. We had a party of 5 and was able to make reservations about an hour prior to our arrival time.The service was also good. I would will definitely come back again.

We decided to try Saito and Pho after my wife saw a review of the Wafu Steak set. We got their around lunch time. Upon entering we were greeted and told to sit anywhere.The restaurant had high ceilings with a few hanging plants. It was a nice touch. Water and the menus came shortly after. My wife ordered the Wafu steak with sashimi. I ordered the combination Pho. The sashimi and my vegetable toppings came first. Soon after my Pho was brought to the table. Steaming hot and nicely plated. A couple of minutes later the Wafu steak came out. Served on a hot platter and it gave off a wonderful aroma. First off I got to try her sashimi. It was high quality and tasted great. Also had a couple pieces of the wafu steak. It was cooked to order and tasty. My Pho was ordered as a medium size. It was large enough to fill me up with some leftovers. Note that the large portion is just a dollar more. The broth was excellent, with a good taste and not salty. The beef was not as tender as I would like. The other ingredients such as the tendon,trip, and meat balls were good. Enjoy

I haven't even been to other pho places and I already know this is the best one in Oahu. SO DELICIOUS!!!!!! Perfect if you're craving pho They are super fast with their service and it's nice and cool in the restaurant. Clean and beautiful, too.

Japanese or Vietnamese??? Why not both?! Saito and Pho is a great blend of both cultures. Summer rolls and tempura. Love it! First let me say I enjoyed the pho. The broth was on point, not sweet and just the way I like it. That was yesterday. Today I went in to get Bhan mi sandwich and ordered the combination which included pate. The bun was not as soft as I would like and the meat inside was sweet. I prefer savory over sweet. Otherwise good but more veggies please. The place is clean, nice setting and ambiance. The staff is very nice.
