First things first this is not this address he has moved .. "Jimmy"the owner of this wonderful food truck right next to 24 hour fitness on kapiolani bld between the mall and the convention center.. the pho here was excellent I got the combination and jimmy even brought me out some fresh peppers upon request.. it has picnic tables under awnings for any environment

Food is overpriced and poor quality. Seafood is not fresh as advertised. We spent $60 on a small dungeon crab, took one bite and threw the whole crab away. The "butter garlic" sauce was really sweet and crab barely had any meat. For a $30 Conch mango salad, all you get is lot of onion, very little mango, maybe 4 thin slices of conch, and very stale shrimp chips. Our whole dinner tonight was $160 for 4 dishes and 2 sugarcane drink. I am upset because I feel like I've been fooled by all 4-5 star reviews and TikToKers. I had high hopes and it was such a huge disappointment.

* This review is only for their sugarcane juice. I didn't get any food.I heard that they sell sugarcane juice. I love sugarcane juice, so I had to give it a try. A cup of cane juice goes for $8.99, so not bad. They have a lot of sugarcane juice combos. I opted to try their lychee cane. It was so good. It had bits of lychee jelly on the bottom and two pieces of canned lychee. As much as I liked the lychee version, the pure sugarcane juice is still my fave. This is a food truck. It's parked on Kapiolani Blvd. right next to the ramp going up to Hawaiian Brian's.

I ordered Bun Bo Hue (beef udon VN style) and it was very good. The broth was tasty not salty and the beef and other contents were plenty. I also ordered summer rolls. The shrimps and meat were fresh and the veggies inside are legit. Not just lettuce and carrots! It's pricey but it's so expensive to eat out anywhere. The service here is excellent and the location is close to the mall and very convenient with plenty of parking.

We went there late night after some drinks! And omg Jimmy the owner is so nice and his son Calvin. We ordered lamb and garlic butter shrimp... doesn't taste like a food truck! It was better than restaurants that charge an arm and leg. Our friends got chicken wings and shrimp fried rice. Everything was so full of flavor and the best tasting lamb ever! They said the cook is from Mississippi

I came here again for another late night grab and was again beyond pleased with my visit.My partner ordered the same as previously, the grilled pork chop plate and it was very flavorful like last time and the everything on the plate just compliments each other perfectly.I got the rice combo again but I asked to change pretty much the whole thing, replacing the kalbi and the pork chop with chicken and shrimp. The cashier was hesitant and told me that the portion would be slightly unfair for the pricing and would need to take off the spring rolls which I happily obliged (no issue at all!). We were paying with cash and realized that we were missing a dollar. My partner asked if we could pay the dollar with phone and the cashier said to not worry about it which was the sweetest thing ever. However, we still decided to ran back to the car to grab the dollar to ensure they take it. The ambiance was a bit different tonight when we visited. Since it is right underneath 24hr fitness AND hawaiian brian's, it can get a bit hectic on event nights. There was a bit of chaos going on at the parking structure near and the area was very busy (popo everywhere too LOL). We went to check out the chaos up stairs while the food was being made (turns out there was a 'celebrity' there).When we came back the food was ready and we happily dug in. I was pleasantly surprised with the presence of the spring rolls on my plate but I didn't question the good faith. Like the cashier said, there is a lot (especially due to my changes), so I was definitely struggling to finish even after some assistance by my partner and starving all day.I hope this business continues to thrive and we will keep visiting, in fact, my partner is already planning on his next 'new' order when we visit once again.

The family that runs this was joyful and very in touch with us throughout the meal. The focus on snails and other seafood delicacies are just like the same food stalls you would enjoy in Hai Phong, Saigon or Hanoi. All the dishes were well prepared and delicious. The sugar cane juice was spot on. Service was fast and provided just the right touch.

My friends and I go here after gym for our protein intake and the food is great and the service is even better! Lovely owner and the wife is kind too. Hope this business continues to thrive.

Finally got to try this place! It's pretty good but I think the prices could be better for the quantity and quality of food. We tried their snails, curry crab and dynamite scallops. Their snails were quite tiny and couldn't taste much of the meat flavor. The sauce didn't really stick to the meat so it's a little bland. The curry crab was delicious! The curry sauce went so well with rice! But the crab was small and not very sweet. The dynamite scallops didn't look anything like the photo, also it didn't taste that good. It's more mayo than anything. And the quality of the scallop wasn't that good. I think the idea of having so much seafood dish was great! I just hope the dishes stood out more. Their curry crab was good but I know other places make decent ones too. The seating area had nice ambiance lighting. It's a cool spot to hang out with friends at night, eat and drink.

I've been wanting to go to Saigon Grill for a while now, and I'm glad we finally got the chance to go. We got there about 7pm on Saturday and it wasn't very crowded. The parking lot is small, but is convenient because it's right next to their place.They have a really nice set up with a good amount of outdoor seating & their "wagon" is decorated so nicely. We looked at their menu & couldn't decide what to get because everything looked so good. We decided on the butter garlic snails & the vermicelli bowl. I think they made the wrong flavored snails because it was soooo spicy. But the taste was really good & worth the sweat. The vermicelli bowl came with pork, spring rolls & shrimp. Really good as well. I also got their mixed fruit cane juice which was good but I think the regular flavor would've been better. They are pretty pricey, so be prepared to spend quite a bit. But I definitely would come back to try some other dishes that my friend recommended to me.
