Everything is perfect! Customer service is amazing, its adorable and clean and smellsSo good! The iced vanilla bean latte is killer! Their syrups are made in house, and it was it was a perfect balance of vanilla. Vanilla ice cream is so ridiculous! We got the Affogato and I must admit I do regret sharing it my hubby! It was absolutely Perfect!!!! All coffee local and freshly roasted! Park in the back in guest parking in the apartment building and walk thru the little door walk way by the mailboxes to walk inside. The outside seating was wonderful!

Caffe Latte Review (Not Ice Cream)I stopped by Sage Creamery to meet up with someone and decided to try their Caffè Latte. Given the high price, the small cup size, and their beautiful espresso machine, I was expecting something truly delicious.Unfortunately, the coffee fell flat. While the froth was beautifully done, the drink itself lacked any strong, rich coffee flavor - it tasted mostly like milk. I hate to say it, but the grande blonde flat white from Starbucks has more depth and balance.Their staff was kind.If you're a serious coffee lover, I'd recommend grabbing your coffee elsewhere before coming here. That being said, the shop itself has a nice atmosphere, and their ice cream and other treats are great - just not the place to go if you're craving a solid cup of espresso.

They have many options to choose from. Local fresh ingredients! When you eat the ice cream you can really taste the flavor minus so much sugar.Friendly staff.No where to sit inside. All outside tables.

Found this place from Instagram and I was finally able to try it since I was in the area. I love that in addition to offering ice cream, they make drinks as that took me by surprise. I ordered the strawberry matcha and a single scoop of ube crinkle cookie. My friend got a regular matcha and blue jasmine milk tea. I enjoyed what I ordered and got to sample my friend's and definitely want to get the blue jasmine milk tea next time. I took off a star because the place doesn't offer samples of the flavors and I love trying out the flavors before I decide. I asked for the staff's recommendations but ended up going with a different choice since my friend got the one I was eyeing and I'm an Ube lover.There is supposedly parking in the back but I didn't find it but there was street parking in front.

Move over national ice cream chain shops! Sage Creamery is coming in hot... or well, *cold*. I've been grabbing ice cream from this location since its soft opening. It's conveniently located in an area that receives little traffic. Sage Creamery has a rotating selection of ice cream flavors that change monthly - don't worry though, their signature flavors stay on the menu! You can't go wrong with picking out an ice cream flavor since it has a smooth texture. I love how they create flavors they know locals are familiar with and enjoy. My favorite signature flavor is the La'ie Snow Cream because you can taste the true vanilla bean flavor. Yes, they use the real stuff from Laie Vanilla Company! However, I always check out the monthly specials first since they have flavors I rarely see anywhere else (like the Chocolate Chantilly flavor they had for November 2024).Depending on the day, you may find yourself in a line with at most four people in front of you but I promise you won't have to wait long to get your ice cream or drink! Speaking of drinks, I recommend that coffee lovers try their Affogato drink - the sweetness of the ice cream blends well with the strength of the coffee and makes the drink really creamy.Enjoy your sweet treat(s) at one of the few tables outside the establishment. Surprisingly, the tables are always clean every time I visit.

Here's the scoops...I've been fortunate to enjoy Sage at some pop ups and when I found out they have a storefront in Ewa you know it was one biz I bookmarked though the distance has been something that made visiting a bit longer than expected.Having a free afternoon something guided me to Ewa and went to a few biz that I frequent when in the area and decided to explore further and remembered Sage Creamery...woohoo! The grid is interesting as I followed the GPS it took me to an area close to Ka Makana Ali'i...hmmm! Located in the Hoopili area parking seems to be street which there's quite a bit available and happily went in to see it all.This super cute and tiny shop is filled with lots of merchandise including their cute Eden in Love logo bag and a basked filled with Coopmonster hair clips...gah!! I noticed a display case filled with grab and go drinks and one in particular "Sparkling Water" by Harders which I've been looking for and happily chose Lilikoi (which no I haven't tried yet).Menu isn't limited to scoops but adffogato, coffee, matcha and even float! Though I remained focus on the scoops and was leaning to Ube Crinkle Cookie but got the "Lilikoi Honey" instead and what a lovely cloud of gentle sweetness it was, so delicate yet flavorful it was just a cloud of joy.There's no seating inside but do have a few tables outside and am so happy to have finally gave them a visit as this OutSAGEous Ice Cream is worth it.Thank you!

I lllllllooooovvvvveeee this place. I've been coming to Sage at the farmer's markets and then got so excited when they started having a truck near where I live. Now since they have a place that's a literal walk away from my house, this has been dangerous for my waistline. I've made it a habit to get their mint mojito coffee and pick up a pint or two on the way home on the weekend. Today they blew my mind with a peppercorn ice cream with an adobo caramel! Don't knock it till you try it. The peppercorn has a nice zing balanced by that salty kick you get from a nice salted caramel. You feel the peppercorn rather than taste it. It's a tingle in the back of your throat. The hints of the adobo and vinegar create an earthiness that I savored. It won't be everyone's cup of teas but I'd challenge you to eat it. If you didn't know what it was, I think you'd enjoy it. So give it a shot! Of course, I am Pinoy so my palate loves this stuff. Hope you try it! It's worth it!!

One of the best ice cream spots I have ever tasted! A perfect spot to take your date, family, or friends! I got the ube cookie crinkle. Ice cream has a light creamy texture and the sweetness level is near perfect! Everyone is very friendly! This is one of the go to spots in the newly developed side of kapolei!

Been wanting to try out their ice cream for a while but it's a bit far from town. The ice cream itself was delicious! I love all of the amazing Asian inspired flavors. I got the strawberry matcha and mango sticky rice. Both were so good! The flavors tasted really natural and the ice cream itself wasn't too heavy which was really nice. Definitely recommend making the trip out here to try them!

First off I want to say that this spot is DOG FRIENDLY! We were greeted by one of the worker gals and she immediately offered our fur-son a treat. They even had water bowls set out for thirsty pups. It was so cute seeing my fur-baby treated like a valued customer. With that said... I'm a sucker for ice cream that tastes like another dessert. I know it sounds weird, and my husband always tells me "why don't you just eat the dessert it's supposed to taste like?" Sage hit the spot! We ordered the 2 scoop, one flavor was ube crinkle cookie and the other was mango sticky rice. Both were so flavorful without being too sweet. I saw that they had adobo flavor and banana lumpia but they were sold out that day! So I guess it's safe to say that we'll be coming back!
