Safeway

This might be the best Safeway on island. They are stocked up, the store is organized and bright. I've never had a problem with finding any items. The staff workers are always friendly. The pharmacy staff always work with urgency. They are a lot more personable than other chain pharmacies. It has a more local, small town, hospitable feel, the pharmacist and techs take the extra time to make sure you get the medication you need. They also take the extra step to ask if you need to get up to date on any vaccinations and process your insurance/paperwork while you shop. It's so convenient. Even though I live in Kapolei, I'd happily take the drive here.

Poor customer service from the 2 associates who works in the meat department on 12/13~morning shift. Both associates did not demonstrate themselves in a professional manner! My daughter & I both purchased meat that had a limit. The female associate yelled from a distance "4 per family"! FYI -we do not live @ the same household! The male associate also made a rude comment to my uncle as he purchased his 4 packages of meat.That was very rude for the associates to yell from a distance! Especially when there's other customers who were in the area. Thank you to manager Chuck. He addressed my concerns. Chuck was very professional. Thank you!

Shopping in Waikele, O'ahu, Hawaii...Located between Old Navy Outlet and Lowe's, Safeway is a spacious, clean, tidy oasis for grocery gathering. Besides having a wonderful bakery and deli department, there's a fabulous produce area, frozen foods cases, and aisles of spices, condiments, and ethnic ingredients!There are two restrooms: one in the front at the Floral corner, and one in the back where the dairy items are.Service is helpful and friendly. Workers are welcoming and encourage customers to return!

Stopped by the flower shop section yesterday around 1pm. Female worker just looks at me with no smile or a "how can I help you". In fact she walks away from this area just so she doesn't have to help the customers perusing through the flowers. She needs a lesson in customer service !!!

Whoever packed my mobile order February 12 (between 2:45-7:50pm) did such a good job. It wasn't just attention to detail but there was much care and thought involved, and I really appreciate it. It was more than a good shopping experience, it made me feel good as a person. Whoever went that extra step, you're awesome, and I see you! Thank you!

I mean all the poké variations from previously frozen to fresh. Like dozens of choices. Check it out!!

Definitely one of the best Safeway's in terms of variety and options on everything! Mainly came here for the frozen foods, produce, meat, and canned goods.Great location! Nice and spacious on the inside. Lots of room for the amount of customers they service. Wide aisles. Clean. Lots of staff working. Ample parking available as well.Can't complain!If you are able to make the drive, I highly suggest it.

I enjoy coming here to Safeway Waikele. Whenever I have to go to Lowe's next door, I make it a point to go to the deli inside Safeway. There's so much to choose from, their fried chicken and Mac and cheese plus the potato wedges are my favorite. I have tried their cold dishes too. Coleslaw, antipasto and many more. Highly recommend

I have no words. Didnt realize it was missing the word happy until it was time to cut the cake. How tf you forget to add the word "HAPPY"? But know to add "BIRTHDAY"
