Sae Bounce

I wish I could give these people zero stars. They singlehandedly ruined my childs birthday party. I reserved a bouncer two weeks prior to my party, received multiple confirmation emails, and on the day of my party, they were a no-call no-show. My child was devastated. A phone call or text that they wouldn't be able to to make it would have been a courtesy. But, they couldn't even do that. To say I am angry is an understatement. I hope noone contributes any of their money to this company. I am absolutely crushed. The lack of professionalism displayed by this company is such a a disappointment. Wow. I'm just in shock.

I rented from two different companies. This was by far the best company to rent from. James who I believe is the owner is very polite and responsive. He's gets back to you quickly. I rented from him twice. I rented a water slide combo, and a regular bounce house. I watched them as the actually CLEANED the water slide combo. Most times bounce houses are a little dirty but NOT from this company. They are very clean which made me rent from them again. I also had to change the time and location the day before my event and James was so accommodating. Didn't charge me extra for the inconvenience. I highly recommend this company. The only down fall is that they don't rent out table or chairs. I would love if they did because I know that I would be getting CLEAN table and chairs, not like other companies.

We just had James and Sae Bounce for our daughter's first birthday party and we highly recommend them! From the get go, James was very responsive and nice to work with. We were really impressed with his attention to safety and cleanliness. The bouncer was in great condition and the kids loved it!

I was so pleased with the professionalism of this company, the cleanliness of the bounce house, as well as the affordability. I will always use SAE and recommend them to all my friends!

​Extremely unprofessional. My god sons birthday was today and my sister had all the confirmation emails saying there were be a bouncer for today. Nobody showed up or even called to say there was a delay or a change in plan. We both have called them throughout the day and went straight to voicemail. I will never recommend this company because they were such a disappointment for a first time business.

This company was super to work with. The rental was all done on-line, followed by email confirmation. Then, I received a phone call confirmation. Delivery and pick up was exactly as stated and the bouncy house waterslide was in great shape and really clean! I would only use this company again....
