I was looking for a sunrise shell pendant for my wife's birthday. The consultants, Nate and Steve were on point. Top notch customer service. I ordered a custom 18 karat white gold turtle sunrise shell pendant with diamond eyes. I came into pick it up yesterday and I was thrilled with the pendant. By the way they had it made and got the pendant into the store in 5 days! On her birthday! I surprised my wife with it last night and she was ecstatic! These guys were really great! My wife, who is really not easy to please, Thought these sales people were top notch. They took us through every setting from platinum to silver, not once trying to push the more expensive settings like everyone else in town we went to. Nate the sales person we worked with had a lots of knowledge on the local jewels and shells. The Sunrise seashells were also unbelievably well priced and competitive. They don't have much in their cases, but their seashell and diamond jewelry (especially the one pendant on their signage) is unique and eye catching. Their focus on custom jewelry means there's not a lot to browse through though. The salespeople were friendly and conversational.

I walked in with my fiancee and the owner and a salesperson greeted us. I remember the owner from the Peter Lik gallery so I reminded him to try to get an "in". He actually remembered me from 2 years ago which made me look kind of cool in front of my lady. His salesperson was a charming Japanese girl who immediately complimented my girlfriend's engagement ring and they got to looking at all of the stuff. There was no pressure, in fact we left very easily only to come back to buy a ring for her mother's 70th birthday. The jewelry here is original- you don't see this stuff in the other stores, a lot of it being hand engraved. I spent a good amount but always the skeptic, I took it to my mom's jeweler in Los Angeles. He was convinced it would appraise higher than I paid, so I didn't even bother having it appraised. My fiancee's mom loves her ring. I was a great experience for our family. 5 stars!
