S7 Icy Bubble - Aina Haina

Located in the Aina Haina shopping center, next to Baskin Robbin's. It's a great addition to the shopping center- needed a boba tea shop. Not only boba teas and milk teas, they also have smoothies, egg waffles and optional add ons. Prices are good running from $5.50 to $6.50 for the drinks and $5.50 to $5.75 for the egg waffles. There's 2 couches (only one with a table ) to enjoy your treats. On the wall are legos to play with and a section of the shop sells all kinds of neat toys and other unique items. There is also a cotton candy making machine! Fun place to get really good milk or boba teas or egg waffle !

I've been to the S7 Icy Bubble in Kapolei and Kapahulu, since closed down. They offer many Asian toys, figures, gadgets, and trinkets besides smoothies and bubble tea drinks. I had a Watermelon Smoothie and it was quite good. A few tables allow for dining in. Located in the Aina Haina Shopping Center; there's plentiful parking available.

I was so excited for a boba shop to come to Aina Haina when they opened. S7 was not my favorite, but I've given it a few tries since it opened. Unfortunately, it's still not my favorite. The staff aren't overtly friendly, the place is really dark now since they painted all the windows/doors. There is a ton of random stuff you can buy, just like at their other stores. And there are only 2 tables/seats, with one of them having a broken bench.They are very chill if you need to study or want to play a game, but if someone else is already occupying the only 4-seater, too bad, it could be awhile. Drinks are pretty froufrou for me with confusing names that make you stand there awhile to figure out what to order. And I once had an oolong milk tea that tasted like banana? Prices are ok/reasonable and boba is cooked well. But is it too much to ask to just get a decent plain milk tea?

Teas, smoothies and tons of fun merch in a fun location! Customizable drinks make with fresh fruit. Many drinks come with "add-ons" that other places would charge for. Midnight Tea came with boba and brulee cheese foam. Close to home, friendly staff and yummy drinks. Great place!

My energy drink...With a convenient location in the Aina Haina Shopping Center parking though shared with several merchants it's never really an issue but I do love this location as once you walk in you see a huge lego wall and this one had the BT21 Characters with a couple of comfy seatings as well. I rarely make it to the counter without glancing at the fun choices of items to shop for as well many you didn't know you needed...and yes I did purchase something lol! Indeed this is my energy drink as I love my teas fruity most time with lemon and/or mixed fruit and here at S7 they have that and so much more. Today it was Black Lemon no topping lightly sweetened and what a refreshing sip! As I ordered my drink the person making it already got it started watching them squeeze the fresh lemons already has my energy level rising along with fresh slices garnish made it just the way I love.Cuteness overload isn't just the art on the wall or the merchandise along with the claw machine goodies their cup that they've upgraded to a impressive sturdy quality with screw top cap makes it the perfect drink to tote around while getting my errands done. The service here is just a delight friendly and patient with not many boba places in the area makes it the perfect stop for some crafted tea.Thank you!

As a Californian who's lived both in SoCal and the Bay Area, I was honestly expecting the milktea to just be mid given the 4/5 star review, even tho not being a bad score usually the good good places back home usually have high 4's (mb I'm just a snob). But I was thirsty after demolishing a poke bowl from the foodland next door and needed something to wash it down. Got an oooong and my mom got the taro, it was great! Boba was top tier texture like 9-10 outta 10 worthy, taro had actual chunks of taro (like the root kinda thing) in it which I've never seen before but tastes great and made it feel more authentic than powder based taro drinks lol. Pricing was average. Oolong tea itself could've been stronger though... so my full rating is more like 4.5/5.

Very friendly service and great drinks to choose from. These boba shops have been showing up all over the place. The packaging is pretty much the same. Down to the cups and offerings. There must be a large Taiwanese company selling the concept. Though each has a different name so it's not a franchise in that sense.This one has space to hang out and they also sell a bunch of curious toys, kitchen gadgets and stationary!I come here for the drinks. Especially the Sunrise Surprise with Lychee Popping!

We used to drive all the way to Town for Icy Bubble and ever since they opened this Aina Haina location it has become a weekly must. The store is always clean and welcoming; when we walk in we are greeted by the friendly staff. My kids love the claw machine, lego table/wall and their wide selection of goodies. It's like a boba shop meet amazon! We get our favorite drinks along with hair ties and toys. How could it get better than this?When it comes to drinks, Icy Bubble's quality can't be beat. The Signature Milk Tea is our absolute favorite. The milk tea is rich and silky and goes so well with the soft and chewy boba. The Mango Icy Bubble or Mango Smoothie are also delicious. They use actual fruit instead of artificial syrup! Tip: Sign up with your phone number to collect points and you could quickly get $5 off your next drink.This is definitely a must try if you are on the East side.

My drink was good but the customer service is not. The worker is not friendly. The worker does not smile or say thank you or anything. I've been there 3 times with same experience.

I went to our normal favorite boba place and had the absolute worst experience. They were out of everything and you had to wait 20-30 minutes for 2 simple drink orders. The gentleman taking orders was very curt and not very helpful. Then the other gentleman was helping a young teenager fill a lighter instead of making drinks to help the filled store. More so customers were being told to wait because they were busy and he could not take an order. I'm sorry, the service was terrible and they were out of everything. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to make two drinks.
