S7 Icy Bubble Aiea

Being able to serve consistently awesome milk tea drinks is the reason this is my favorite milk tea franchises in Hawai'i. I used to drive to Pearl City for them until they moved to this location. Will drive wherever if they have a S7 Icy Bubble.The added bonus is that this location also has crack seed, pickeled mango, smoke squid, cotton candy, shaved ice, the way I like it, waffle cones, school supplies, etc. Just stop in, you're bound to find something you like.Furniture could use some cleaning though.

A classic staple in Hawaii!We've been to their different locations, specifically the one in Aiea, and it does not disappoint! Great boba drinks and a huge variety of snacks to choose from. I love tea cookies and I was super excited when they were selling them at the Food & New Product Show!

This new location is definitely convenient for boba runs now! So glad another Icy Bubble opened up near home. The vibe here fees very modern and chic. They do have the usual goods in the side that you can browse and purchase which is one of the reason they got so big. They do serve ice cream rolls so you know we had to get one. We got the usual banana Nutella with extra Nutella ice cream rolls and we got a sunrise surprise to drink. The staff asked if we wanted a large or small size and we went with large. The menu is still the same and honestly does not need any work to it. The ice cream rolls came out quick and it was perfect. There was a lot of Nutella in every bite. The sunrise surprise had freshly squeezed orange juice and not pre made. Staff are friendly and prices aren't that bad. Definitely worth checking out, especially if you enjoy the things icy bubble sells.

This review is for the bubble waffle icecream. The waffle was not cooked well all the way and kind of mushy with the icecream. We've had bubble waffle icecream before and this was disappointing. Plus it took a long time getting it which I understand because they have to make the waffle.However, the girl who was working there never mentioned anything to us as we stood there waiting confused making sure they didn't forget us. It took over 20 minutes. I wish she would've told us not to worry. Maybe we will try the drinks next time instead.

"Boba Manifesto (Official Music Video)" - Chris FlemingWe put in our order and waited and waited and waited, at one time we thought they put our order on the counter but they didn't call it out, so we ignored it. Some guy walked into the store, swiped the drinks and just walked out. The people behind the counter were like, hey, was that THE guy? And we were like, hey, was that OUR drinks??After waiting some more ridiculous minutes, I asked them where our drinks were. They said they think the guy that walked in took them...maybe by mistake. We had to wait some more for our order. It was good, but maybe not so good, especially having to wait and wait and wait and no one noticing that we were just standing there. Two drinks were like $11.00 total with tax. Return factor: unlikely due to un-wow factor.

I wish I could give no stars. This is not rolled ice cream?!?!? It was chips and flakes of ice cream. The workers were talking and swearing to each other. The music that was playing in as not appropriate for families. Friends came in and they offered them free food. This was a terrible experience

I and my husband use to go S7 Icy Bubble in Pearl City. When we found the Pearl City location closed, we saw the sign they were going to move new location, more close our neighborhood! We ordered through Uber Eats, but choose for pick up. It was very easy and when our order is ready we got the notification. My husband ordered A Cai Milk Tea and I ordered Cloud Mango. We got a notification for ready our order(earlier than expected) and went to pick up. Located in a Waimalu Shopping Center, that's mean many parking spaces. Got inside, feels like bigger than old location, but you can see lots of staff both side of walls. Some tables and chairs, so you can dine in. We got our drinks, came in a cute cooler bag!(Anyway, if you order through Uber Eats -I'm not sure DoorDash or others- price is little bit higher than inside the store, but I understand that and no problem!)We love both drinks!!!! Their cheese form is sooooo good!Well, I saw the poster on the glass wall from outside. Bubble Waffle is Aiea exclusive!(there wasn't online menu)We gotta try Bubble Waffle next time!!!

I love all s7 locations! My favorite thing to order is the yike lemon tea with boba and no added whole lemon. They normally add the whole lemon into the cup and it just makes the drink have less because all the room being taken up from the lemon discard. I love how lemony and sour it is! They also sell a lot of cute and very cheap items. You can also look on their instagram on what new products they will carry!

The staff was amazing and provided great customer service and recommendations We will most definitely be returning

I had just stopped at this little shopping plaza to get something from Palama when walking past this store, I saw the big sign for the bubble waffle, and my heart squeed. I told myself, after Palama, I would stop in for a bubble waffle. So I did. They make a great early afternoon snack. I tend to be traditional when it comes to these bubble waffles. I ordered the original. No frills on it. Hoping to get an eggy, aromatic crisp outside, yet soft inside. This waffle fell quite short from most of that. The outside was soft, almost soggy, despite having no toppings on it. The flavor itself was quite lacking. It didn't have much flavor of anything other than dough. It was unevenly cooked but cooked through. One side did have a bubble or two with the crisp exterior, but the rest was limp. It was also coming apart. It did not keep it's shape. The two sides of the bubble separated. Service was good. It was quite a wait for this waffle, but I came at the wrong time. They had about 18 drinks lined up on the counter in holders for what looked like a really big order that, at one point, two of them were focused on. I also ordered my usual Lychee blush with crystal boba. That was perfect. I will not be trying their bubble waffle again. That made me sad.
