Ruby Tuesday Hawaii Catering

We catered from Ruby Tuesday for a colleague farewell lunch at work this past Friday and it was a huge hit with everyone. The salad bar with its presentation was impressive and of course their famous ribs and minis were so awesome. Everything was delivered and setup on time and the staff were great from beginning to end. It was such a nice change from the same old thing and at an affordable price! Definitely using them again. Well done!

I went to this Ruby Tuesday's to place a to go order: all my food was correct and cooked to my preference however they did not give me the same service I would have gotten as I would if I dined in. It took about 15 minutes just for someone to take my order. Another 15 for my check and 30 minutes for my food to arrive.

It was a great lunch! Food was fresh what was meant to be cold was cold what was meant to be hot was hot. They delivered items on time set up our beautiful salad bar, it was a wonderful staff party.

you walk in...and expect to be able to order the special that is advertised on tv. SURPRISE....Ruby Tuesday Hawaii does not honor those specials. so then you resign yourself to eat there anyway...and another SURPRISE....a dog jumps down from the booth in front of you...and does a shake. fur everywhere. Is he a service animal....no vest. did the owner care that he shook and fur (short, but fur) was in the air. nope.Not the kind of environment for me. first I'm allergic to dog fur. second I don't want dog fur in my food. did the waitress care...NOPE. kind of just ignored the dog. do I didn't eat my food...lost my appetite. be careful when you go to Ruby Tuesday...you never know what was there before you.
