Highly recommended!!As an Executive Assistant, I have to book car services for my executive and her family. It can be hard when I'm basing a decision on research but came across this company and gave them a try and was so glad I did! My executive let me know what a smooth experience it was and how comfortable the SUVs were. I also added on the airport greeting service since her family had tons of luggage and it was well worth it.Jason (owner) is extremely professional, responsive and really on top of his bookings. And with everything going on with COVID, I appreciate how he makes his guests feel safe with the level of cleanliness with his fleet and drivers. Just and all around flawless experience and I will 100% use Jason and his company again for car service bookings in Oahu. This is my new go to here!!

Service was impeccable and professional. We called Royalty Hawaii with a last minute booking two days before for New Year's day super early in the morning. Recognizing that other drivers probably would not be able to make the trip, Jason took it upon himself to confirm he'd personally drive me and my family to the airport all the way from the north side of the island. The car was clean and well-stocked with bottled water. I cannot say enough good things and will certainly be using these services next time that I return to the island.

I used Royalty Towncars for private transportation from the North Shore to Honolulu for my rehearsal dinner, and they were amazing! Our driver arrived with plenty of extra time, helped us with our bags of decorations, and was so professional and considerate! Reasonable pricing too. Highly recommend!

I've used multiple car services (I travel a lot for work) in the past but none have been as great as Royalty Hawaii (specifically, Jason). My family and I traveled to Oahu a few days ago and needed car service to the airport for our departure. Jason was prompt with follow ups and also kept me updated the morning of our departure. He arrived early which was a plus for us since we were waiting outside our hotel after check out. My wife and I both agreed that Jason was very friendly and kept us entertained during our ride to the airport. They provide top level service and you won't regret your decision.

Absolute top notch service! The cars are impeccably clean, and on each of our 4 rides, our driver was there waiting for us well before the set time. Drivers are as impeccable as their cars - wearing suits and ties, and smiles on their faces.I cannot say enough good things about the owner/driver Jason. He helped us decide on a restaurant, gave us interesting local tidbits of information and was as nice, professional, efficient and friendly as could be - all while delivering us to our different destinations in ultimate comfort and safety.Jason's company is fairly new - but it's obvious he's trying to be the best in the business - it shows in every detail, right down to the phone charger and bottles of water awaiting at our seats.Thank you Jason, for making our HNL trip worry-free, and providing the best possible experience!

Hawaii TownCars was an amazing choice!! I lucked upon them via an online search. I called Jason and instantly he was responsive and helpful! I was traveling to Honolulu to celebrate my aunt's 75th birthday and jumped right in to make it special. The Cadillac SUV was brand new and equipped with middle seat climate control. Water bottles were cool and ready for us. Jason had great historical tidbits and recommendations for places to go and things to see. Honestly, I don't think we could have had a better experience or that I could have made a better choice! I'm sure you'll experience the same!

Great service on both trips. Both drivers were in contact via text upon arrival and before the ride. Booked the town car for the pickup and return trips to the airport. Had to call and upgrade the reservation (SUV) for the return trip to the airport (too much luggage). The team was able to accommodate and Jason was great on the trip out as was Branden on the pickup. Great family run business and service was fantastic.

Without question, hiring Jason at Royalty Towncars was an excellent decision. He was on time; gave suggestions as to where we should go, was patient with my kids, and a perfect gentleman. I'm a single mama and felt safe and cared for while touring the island for a few days. I will absolutely call Royalty and ask for Jason the next time we are in town.

We first met Jason in the middle of the pandemic (July 2020), when visitors to Hawaii were required to quarantine for two weeks before moving about the island. Since then, he's become a trusted friend. Jason consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty. During our visit in July 2020 he provided door-to-door service from the Honolulu Airport to our Vrbo on the North Shore for our family of 4. When he dropped us off, because we were quarantined, he offered us his cell phone number to call him if we needed anything. Since tourism was at a halt, we took him up on his offer a few times over the two weeks. It was during that time we saw how genuine and well-intentioned Jason is in everything he does.We ended up spending the rest of the summer in Hawaii, purchasing a condo on the island and going back and forth between there and the mainland for much of the last 14 months. Needless to say, we have needed Jason's airport transportation numerous times. He is always prompt, professional and treats us like family. We have also used Jason to coordinate airport transportation for all of our family, friends and visitors to our condo. We will literally use no one else ever again!If you're on the fence, you really shouldn't be. Prices are fair, service is impeccable and his fleet of vehicles are spotless. All you have to do is sit back and enjoy the ride!!

Royalty provided transportation services for my wedding, including SUVs and a sprinter van. Jason was easy to communicate with, professional, reasonably priced, and good vibes all around. All vehicles were pristine and perfect for such an occasion. I would work with Royalty in the future for sure.
