New hipster bar with several arcade games. Located directly next door to Manifest on Hotel street. A very cool and casual feeling place, I instantly felt more trendy. It wasn't very busy for a Friday night, there were about a dozen people there. I perused the menu which featured boilermakers, if you specialty cocktails and the usual beer and liquor.I ordered a shot of tequila and a Mexican beer then sat down and watched a couple of guys play Street Fighter, which displayed on the wall. There was music blasting from Manifest to keep it sounding busy. I've been to many arcade bars on the mainland so I can honestly say that this bar is lacking in arcade games. It is a pretty cool place to just chill out, but I feel like it should set itself apart from Manifest somehow.

This was our second stop of night. We popped in here because we needed a more quite place to chat. This is a smaller bar, but the interior is amazing. It's all very well decorated and looks to be very new. Excellent pours on well drinks. I was very pleased with that. I had tequila pineapple and the juice was really tasty. Drink over all was perfect. Price is standard, which actually equates to cheap if you compare to some of the other bars. Staff is really sweet. There was a guy and girl and they were just as nice as could be! I noticed they had some very awesome tattoos and I had a very nice conversation with them about local shops. They gave me 2 great recommendations. I digress, but they were awesome to say the least! The artwork on the walls is very awesome. If you only go to see that, I recommend it. Music taste was awesome as well. Something that you enjoy and it's not too loud. I do not think they are in the "nightclub" category. They have a pool table too! We would come back forsure!!

Went here the other night to play pool! Omg so much fun! There are many bottles of liquor to choose from. The bartenders are very friendly and knowledgeable about the booze on hand.I've walked by this little while in the wall many times. After visiting, the other night, I wonder why I have not been to this little gem sooner! They have video games to play too but I only played pool. Betting for shots! Guaranteed good time!!

If you're looking for something unique and a little hipster, give Royal Arcade a try. Upon entering you'll see some coin operated video games to play, and a pool table past the bar. Can't say I've seen food served, but alcohol selection is pretty broad with tons of brands to choose from. Make sure to checkout the drink specials on the board. One gripe is the unpredictable bathrooms, for girls sometimes the doors don't lock, no toilet paper or even broken glass on the ground.

My "local" IPA came in a can; no offer for a glass. There are literally only two arcade games. Pool table in the back; music playing -- not overly loud. You may consider making this a stop on your bar hopping, but do not go out of your way to come here.

First off, I didn't know this place existed until maybe two minutes before walking in. My friends had taken me out to Scarlet, which honestly is not my deal and another friend of mine heard I was in the area and rescued me lol.My friend James walked me around the corner, down the street a bit and suggested this "arcade bar." Before he even finished the sentence to describe it, I was already down. That isn't why I gave it 5 stars however (though I'll admit that some it is biased by my love for video games.) I've been wanting a laid back hip sort of lounge here on Oahu since visiting a bunch of them in Vegas off the main strip. None of the bars I've gone to here have had quite the same vibe.... until this one.The vibe here is opposite of pretentious glam bars and clubs. It's very real and the crowd is pretty mature--at least on the night that I went. You get the feeling youre around good people that aren't there to judge your outfit and be snobby.A few arcade games and art line the walls of this thin unit. The bar area is small but we weren't waiting long for drinks. This is a place where you pick a seat or stand near the walls and just chat while you drink. No incredibly loud music, no mind numbing lyrics--just a chill vibe and good people.

Love coming to this bar for a few drinks and to play some pool on the full size table (it's also free)! The bartenders are great and are always happy to make whatever drink you have in mind. The atmosphere and free games make it well worth a try

It's a fun place until of course it's the end of the night. They'll let you into the bar even though there's only 15 minutes left and they'll even fix you a drink. The only thing they won't let you do - finish it. Just skip it, there's tons of other bars in the area you can go to with better music, better staff and better service. Drinks are average at best. They have a random speakeasy with a mediocre bartender. Again, you can do better elsewhere.

Crack open a Heineken, play a game of Street Fighter 2 Turbo on their arcade cabinet (which is always on free play now), go a few rounds on NBA showtime and have a blast! Not many games here ATM, but they don't really need too many. Are the nearby bars too busy? Come here instead!

Chiiihoooo! Town. First spot I hit up when I arrived here. Pretty chill spot with just two street fighter machines and a big screen for super smash bros. Doesn't come close to any of the barcades in the la area but what do you expect when you come to Hawaii?
