Needed a bikini for me and a rash guard for my son. It was a beautiful day so we didn't have time to waste checking out different shops. The selection is excellent and it's well organized. There's a fitting room to try before you buy. There's a 30 refund policy if you need it. They have little girl swim gear too! There was a great sale on Roxy swimwear at 50% so I was stoked! Staff was kind and helpful to. They'd get perfect stars except I wanted more of the suits in my sizing and the pricing could've been better.

Just like my Island Creations review, Roxy is one big store that includes Island Creations. My partner and I were doing a little window shopping because we got rained out at the beach. Our main goal was to go to Target but I noticed this shop across the street. My partner had already been before and raved about their shirts. So after Target, we decided to walk across the street to check this place out.Inside, it's very organized and well-staffed. The selection is HUGE! But, being in a touristy area, I think this business may be taking advantage of that because the prices are really steep...even the items "on sale". As an avid Amazon shopper, I immediately looked on the Amazon app for the same items, and most were at least $40 cheaper on Amazon. We pretty much decided right then and there that we were done shopping in that store. We're poor veterinary technicians living in Hawaii, no way would we fathom spending so much money on something as trivial as board shorts or a beach towel. I suppose the only reasons I didn't give this place one star is because the staff was friendly, everything was neatly organized, and they had a wide selection. I guess if you can afford it, it would be an awesome store for you! I just wish I could :-/

Ok, tell me now - seriously - how does this place stay in business??? Do they just bank on people who are killing time waiting for a table at Boots & Kimo's across the street?I can't decide what's worse - the messy messy (yes messy x2) cluttered environment or the service that was laaaaaacking in aloha. The two employees "working" (aka just talking to each other) behind the register could give a hoot whether I, or any of the customers floating around, had a question, wanted to make a purchase, anything. They probably wouldn't have even noticed if a person scooped up a handful of clothing and walked right out, they were so into each other rather than paying customers. What a downer that does not belong in Hawaii. I've been to many Roxy locations and would never have thought that the worst one would be found here. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Where's the aloha? The other reviews were spot on about service. Didn't seem like anyone wanted to work or make a sale, no one offered assistance at any point until I had my selected item at the register. Take the extra time to drive to North Shore and spend your money at a surf shop that wants to help you. On the plus side, great selection of merchandise.

I enjoyed popping into this Roxy while I wait for my table at Boots & Kimos. It's in a bit of a random spot, towards the back of the major retail street. However, it has lots of cute gear and is reasonably priced. We forgot rash guards and was able to purchase some on the spot.Worth checking out!

Terrible service. The two guys working were Rude and didn't even acknowledge any customers. They seemed put out to even have to ring me up. Give your $ to a business that deserves it, not this place with no aloha!

This is NOT a Roxy store! This is HIC. People were nice and they had a great sale but they will not do Roxy online refunds or exchanges unless it's for the exact same item. Blah! What a waste of time coming all the way out here.
