Round Table Pizza

The pizzas that we purchased...King Arthur's Supreme and Chicken & Garlic Gourmet were delicious! The portion size was huge and the price wasn't too expensive either. We got the medium size pies and they were still yet big portions. The service was quick and the staff were friendly. The ambiance was a medieval based theme with a '80's type of time period. The restaurant was clean as well.

So irritating! We were just in here to eat as we always do. The register system was upgraded a while ago. Like a long time ago! We know this because we are regulars. Our order is stored in the system, but because the owner does not speak English, she wouldn't even check. The worker that normally takes our order was there and she knows they can check. The owner (old lady). Just wanted to be rude and make us give her our order that would have taken 10 minutes because she is always lost in translation and our order typically made wrong. When we asked the other worker girl to help find our order or if we could order with her, the owner mouthed "no" said cannot!!' So screw this place! The worker girl apologized because she knew the owner could have found our order! Plenty other pizza places to eat in Kailua anyway. BEWARE: Pizza made here is often burnt! That happened the last two times we came in. We keep coming back because of the mini game room for the kids and a little burnt to us isn't all that bad! We like crispy pizza (not burnt though). We Will not be back any time soon. The foreigners come in and buy local businesses, and end up ripping the local people off by skimming off ingredients or putting for less than the original way the brand makes it. Roundtable is the same way! Just like the majority of the subways!!! So irrahz and so nailz! I hope they work on the customer service too! Owner or not, the lady shouldn't be taking orders!

Open until 8:00, no phone or app ordering accepted after 7:30 pm. Poor business practice not to publish!

The good, bad, and the ugly The good - 1. Very friendly cashier, and she was the one who cleaned the tables and checked on us twice. 2. Delicious pizza at a reasonable price 3. Clean location with the exception of the "party room" as it was partially used for storage. The bad - 1. Incorrect order, but that was corrected by the cashier immediately 2. Partially burnt one of three pizzas. By this time, I was actually over it and just didn't say anything. The Ugly- 1. Being forced to leave a 20% tip on a larger party. Tips are earned and not just given. 2. Getting charged the tip, not on the subtotal but after tax. Yep, only some change, but it's the principal of the matter. 3. Sat in the "party room," which I now call the "Oh someone there room?"4. Don't feel like the $34 mandatory tip was earned. 5. Spoke to the MOD, aka Manager, on duty today, but when the call was over, it left me thinking if he actually heard what I said. Will we go back? Yeah. Will we dine in HECK NO. Will I have any events there? Nope.

I miss when there used to be a bunch of young people in the kitchen laughing and talking and pumping out GOOD pizza. There's no consistency with the quality of pizza. Some times it's good sometimes it sucks. This was the first time we tried the boneless Parmesan chicken. Ok, frozen, premade Costco chicken bites literally with just Parmesan on it it was terrible and I wouldn't recommend. This place just doesn't have the same vibe it used to.

They have definitely upgraded customer service mouthwatering pizza ...local business what more could you ask?

I am giving back a star from my previous review. The small King ArthurSpecial came out as ordered. It took only twenty minutes for us to get the pizza. That's fast. The crust was crisp and tender. Toppings excellent. Service was good, but it was more robotic.. Enjoy.

The best pizza on the entire island of Oahu!! The perfect crust and lots and lots of toppings!! Their wings and caesar sapad is also amazing!!

The pizza's good. Really good. We watched them making dough. Pass after pass through the machine then cutting and shaping with that crunchy cornmeal bottom. The mozzarella is mild and bouncy. The tomato sauce bright and fresh, and the vegetables still had their crunch.You want to eat there so you can tuck in while the pizza is piping hot. That first bite is the best! And, since the pizzas are made to order, if you want to minimize the wait, try going for lunch. It's worth the trip to Kailua for a slice.

Round table first timers!!! Always wanted to have a nice, fun dinner with family here at Round Table Kailua, in Enchanted Lake center. Plenty of parking, no reservations. Walked in for our party of 7, and the first thing the guy said was, for parties of 7 or more we automatically add 20% gratuity. I'm like "okay that's fine" doesn't bother me, that's our normal tipping percentage and could've been more if you let me tip on my own without telling me, but that's fine. That's part of the reason why missing a star. Another reason why is cuz gotta walk to the counter to order. Lol normally when you dine in, they come to you take your order. I mean, yes, there was a clear sign on the wall that said, "please order at counter"... oh yah, and we got seated in the extended party room, which was cool because plenty space, but it smelled mildewy and moldy in there, and looked like storage small kine, but thankful and grateful. Was asking my family if they wanted to move inside to a booth, but they said nah. They also have a cool small arcade, fun for everyone, plus a bar!!! But the game area only take cash. I only had card so, so sad, we never get to play games. Nonetheless, family had a great time, fun conversations, fun food. There's 4 different size of the pizzas, personal (4 pizza), small (6), medium (8), and large (12). Can also split your pizzas, so we ordered 2 mediums, 1 with 1/2 Hawaiian, 1/2 pepperoni, the other with 1/2 King Arthur, 1/2 Italian garlic pizza. We also ordered the garlic Parmesan twists, wings.. omg their boneless plain chicken is literally like nuggets, but our non pizza family liked it. We ordered a bunch of other little stuff. Tried there pizzatatoe spinach mushroom, ahh was mehhh to me, but the wife liked it. Sodas was free refill. We ordered cinnamon twists, but for some reason, they never have the white glaze for cinnamon twists. I never ask why, but that is also part of the reason why missing another star. My favorite pizza was the Italian garlic supreme.There was more than 1 stall in the bathroom, clean bathrooms so that's good. All in all, was good. Would we come back? Yes. Go check 'em out y'all.
