My wife and so could not be happier hiring DJ Roman Candles! The general consensus of our guests after our wedding was ... "This is prob the most fun I have ever had at a wedding!" Our wedding had people laughing, dancing, crying and everything ran so smooth really with him taking on MC duties as well.DJ Roman had amazing callouts for my wife my mom, helped facilitate and focus our guests attention during our gender reveal during the wedding. He also played all of the music and understood the dynamic of our group and the music our guests really vibed with. He had everyone from the elder generation to the children up dancing and having a great time.If you want a great DJ, MC with a great voice, and most of all fun, hire DJ Roman Candles. He is definitely a step above the others.

All I can say is Wow. DJ Roman Candles exceeded all hopes and expectations I had for a DJ. I only wish he had been our wedding DJ back in CA in 2014!! DJ Roman Candles made my private 40th birthday party dreams truly come true...and with only 4 days notice!! We had a last minute DJ issue and DJ Roman just jumped right in, met all the Sheraton Waikiki insurance requirements, reviewed my preferred music list in 24 hrs and threw down an absolutely epic 5 hour set that had everyone having the time of their lives on the dance floor!! Not to mention the beautiful up-lighting and dance lights that made the entire room feel lush and magical. Cannot thank DJ Roman enough for the fun vibes, perfect beats, right touch on the Emcee role, and great read of the room as we danced the night away!! Looking forward to our next excuse to hire him already

DJ Roman was our wedding DJ and Emcee. What made him one of our favorite vendors was he took all the stress out of wedding planning and helped us carry off the actual day without a hitch in our program. He was responsive to emails in a timely manner and was really professional. Once we chose him he sent us sample timelines, even though we had an actual planner. He had all our song choices ready from ceremony to reception. I told him his most important job was to have people dancing and he nailed it. He started with some upbeat music that was cross generational and then played some top 40 stuff. He'll ask you for must plays and do not play songs so he can get the vibe you're going for. As for his emcee abilities, you know he used to be a radio voice for UH so he's got that deep, smooth, dare I say sensual tone. Overall he's just a fun, easy going, chill guy with a classic blonde fro! He'll help elevate any party.

Such an awesome guy and was so understanding and helpful throughout the wedding planning process, especially during COVID. Grateful to have worked with him!

Great and timely communication. Worked with us to design the DJ experience we wanted. Very flexible and reasonable during covid and the ever changing state guidelines. We will higher again!

DJ Roman Candles took our Christmas party from good to amazing! He took our theme of "decades" and expertly crafted a playlist to get everyone up and out on the dance floor. He also provided karaoke services that turned out to be the highlight of everyone's night! Roman worked with us on the flow of the evening, provided great insight on when to talk and when to let people dance. He was by far the best DJ I've seen.Thank you DJ Roman Candles for making our Christmas party the best one ever!

Roman was such a great D.J. and hosted the best day of our lives (7/8/18) with great care & attitude. He made us feel at peace with our wedding day nerves & brought the dancer out of all of our guests! We had the best time, so much fun & would highly recommend Roman to everyone!

DJ Roman Candles was amazing from the pre-planning of the wedding to the day of the wedding. He was always available via email or phone during the time coming up to the event. He helped provide a timeline and template for our wedding that we worked from and gave us a list of items that he would need from us. The list was very helpful in keeping things organize for our wedding day. We also had several special things that we wanted to do for our wedding and he was able to provide them for us.On the day of the wedding DJ Roman Candles arrived on time and was able to set up without any issues. I had some last minute changes that I wanted to add on the day before the wedding and he was able to accommodate my requests. He also had all the equipment that we needed including wireless mics and a projector. Everyone at my wedding told me he was so relaxed and easy going and that it was really easy to talk to him. I would gladly recommend DJ Roman Candles if you are planning on having a DJ for your wedding!

What a guy!!!! First he is very flexible with his hours and quotes he will work with you. Second, he is very welcoming for new ideas and verity of different of songs from different cultures and open to help you in your wedding DJ. Third, he is very organized, he sent us a big list of recommendations and songs with all the different times of the timeline and how to work best for better song choices. He is very experienced and very respectful guy. I highly recommend him for your party or wedding. I love how me made everyone so organized and dance on the dancing floor where he added lights, more speakers and microphone for the speech times and was very very professional. We hired Roman for my best friends wedding and he made it so fun. He matched the vibe perfectly throughout the entire night. We had a small group but seriously had so much fun. Cannot recommend Roman enough!!!
