Our Company needed a "For Lease" Banner sign on a few of our commercial buildings. I priced around and nothing could beat ROI Printing service quote. It was quick an easy working with this company. I submitted our design and within a couple of days they called and said our banner was ready to be picked up. I arrived to the store paid for our banner and walked out a happy customer. Parking is free and is located on the 2nd floor up the driveway ramp and their suite number is in the far middle corner of the building. Any printing you want done they can do it!Will definitely be working with this company again!

Kyleigh was easy to work with and very accommodating. I'm very picky and indecisive, so I appreciate their graphic designer really understanding my vision. Mahalo team, I was very satisfied with how my banners turned out.

This is by far the worst company to use on the Island. Stay clear of it; can't rely on them.When Kia was on board the company seemed to run much better. Since then they have no project manager and have relied on the incompetence of officer managers to run the operations. I had decided in Oct 2016 that I would never use this company and subsequently left them a negative review on facebook.Kyleigh was a ray of hope and she contacted me as the new manager and wanted to make things right. Things were going much better until another transition occurred and a reject named marie took the helm.Clearly the hierarchy to begin with is disjointed and dysfunctional. There is an office manager tasked to run the business while the owner is gallivanting around, doesn't answer emails or calls.The business structure as it currently is has a office manager that is more like a secretary trying to act as a project manager or office manager. Here skills she claims stem from 25 years of experience. Clearly she is bad for the company, very incompetent and does not follow up to inform you of project status. She is also very rude and will continue to contribute to this failing company. I had to finally threaten with legal action before my "already paid for" project was given to me. A colleague of mine Simply Ono Tacos had a strong negative opinion towards the company as well.I submitted my project to be created last year...simple project...a menu board. I provided them with graphics and even a layout of how I wanted the board to be. It took over 4 months and when the final was given to me it was misspelled, misaligned and clearly not what I had wanted. It took another month for them to get it right.In August they were suppose to complete another project for me. Very Simple. They missed the deadline which was over a month and a half from start date, they never communicated to me about the status, didn't answer calls nor return emails. So in December that was scrapped.This time around after Kyleigh contacted me, I felt she was sincere and opted to try again and submit a project. This was in March with a deadline of May 1. They worked better but then all of a sudden the communication stopped and my project didn't get the attention it should have gotten. Finally after the threat of legal action I was provided my project.NEVER AGAIN. THIS IS A FAILING BUSINESS WITH INADEQUATE LEADERSHIP. BUSINESS OWNER DOESN'T CARE AND HAS YET TO RESPOND TO ANY OF MY INQUIRIES.THIS BUSINESS WAS STELLAR AT ONE TIME. I USED THEM FOR 5 YEARS. NOW STAY AWAY. GO TO ALOHA SIGNS, EXTREME SIGNS OR ANYPLACE BUT HERE. YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID.

ROI printing was knowledgeable and very professional. They are easy to contact. Nancy was quick to reply to my request for a quote and they have very competitive prices. I would definitely contact them again for banner printing needs.

Provided my own vinyl (3m 1080) and paid the $1200 for installation. They had my car for 3 days (I told them to take as long as they needed) and when I went to pick up the car it looked great from about 3 feet away. Over the last few days I've noticed that there are wrinkles, bubbles, and that the edges are not straight. A lot of my trim pieces were left on the car during the install and as a result it looks like they cut corners. I was really excited about getting my car wrapped and now i feel kind of disappointed. For the money spent I feel like I shouldn't be able to tell that the car is wrapped.

I had a wrap done with this company almost 2 years ago now and it dawned on me recently that it still look just as good now is it did when they first did it two years ago. So looking back at the experience and the quality of work, their professionalism, and the overall value that I got I realized it was time to post a review. While they weren't the cheapest they were by far and by huge margins the very best car wrap service in Hawaii. I could go on about the outstanding owner, their friendly service or how I will never go to another print shop for any designer print working again why but I'll leave you with this I went to one other car wrap shop and have a wrap done that took them 3 months to design and cost nearly as much came out terribly I was a complete and utter waste of time. Then I went and got quotes from many others and none of them have a portfolio as extensive or as impressive as car wraps hawaii by far. so I'll leave you with this if you go anywhere else you're wasting your money.

Walked in to get some banners made, got great prices for 3ft x 6ft banners for $75.00 each flat price sono extra on color and lettering but only comes with white back ground which is fine. Not much parking so recommend calling for pricing.Sorry had to give them a 1 star, price was great but bc of a mistake done on the wording and I wanted them to corrected it , they were unwilling to do that but to just put white tape over the mistake. So when I hang the banner u can still see the mistake. Omg! Wtf! I was willing to pay for a new one if they offered a discount!

Just had our third van done and couldn't be happier. Quick service, great design and quality work. They are very busy so it helps to be on it yourself with follow up, but I would highly suggest them for any vehicle wrap.
