Rock N Rolls

Food was outstanding! Ordered a bowl of chicken pho, pineapple shrimp fried rice and shrimp spring rolls. All three dishes were top notch. Staff were friendly and attentive. Overall experience A+

The pho was perfect for warming me up after returning from a sunset sail. I love how there are many vegan options. The broth for the vegan was light and tasty. Along with tofu and the usual pho vegetables (basil, beans sprouts, onion), they included other vegetables like cauliflower and carrots. The tofu had a sour/tangy taste. We sat outside of the restaurant since I came with a group. Food came out quick after ordering. As for payment recommend cash.

I'm so glad we found this restaurant, it was across the street from the hotel we were staying. The waitress was very friendly. The food was so delicious, so fresh. The nuc mam sauce was done so well especially after I added the side table chilli oil- I was dipping everything in there, even the vegetables. Authentic Vietnamese Food!Also, side note, it's conveniently located nextdoor to The ABC Suprette store.

Convenient spot to hit up since it was right by my hotel Prince Wakiki. I got the original pho and some spring rolls. I actually enjoyed the pho and spring rolls a lot. Very tasty, one of the best meals I had at Honolulu. It felt very homey eating it. Service was excellent too. Price-wise, it was kind of expensive for the spring rolls. 4. Pieces for about $14. The pho was $17 each. Pretty costly but still a good meal.

Excellent , fresh, and healthy Vietnamese food. Fantastic service. Loved the ambiance with the cheery atmosphere and Vietnamese pop music. The Vietnamese pancake / bahn xeo was great! The pancake was very nice and suuper crispy, a little bit oily but the fresh lettuce, carrots, and daikon added a lot of freshness and brightness to it. Loved how crispy the shell was ! Great pho! The broth is flavorful, the noodles were a nice texture. The meat quantity was very generous. The brisket was soo tender. I also tried the vermicelli noodles with pork. I didn't care for the thin spiced pork too much, but everything else in the dish was nice.Lots of great drink selections. Ginger lemonade was too sweet, but we watered it down with some sparkling water and it was perfect.Would visit again! Great prices!!

I was a little late getting here. The sign on the door said that they close at 9pm. I got here around 9:10pm and the cashier at the door said that they were still open. Since it was so late I just needed a little snack. I got an order of the crispy banana rolls $7 and a tapioca pudding $6. The crispy banana rolls came with three pieces. The tapioca was really thick. It was one of the thickest that I've had in my life. The hubby really liked it though. He likes his tapioca thick. I prefer mine on the thinner side. The service was swift and smooth. The cashier was really sweet. There will be a 3% fee if you use your charge card.

Staying across the street for the week, Rock N Rolls was a lifeline, I probably ate here 3 or 4 times for lunch or dinner during the 7 days stay. While not explicitly vegan, their menu can be subbed for tofu in every dish. My fave was the Bahn Mi sandwich, but their noodles, curry and summer rolls are also worth an honorable mention. So glad to have Rock N Rolls as an option for plant based food!

Surprisingly delicious food and very healthy. The portion sizes are a bit small for the price though, but I guess it's the cost of doing business. I got the chicken pho and it came in a paper bowl which was weird to me since we were dining in. The waitress said I could ask for it to come in a glass bowl next time. So, that's exactly what I did. It tasted so much better in a regular bowl. My bf liked his spinach wrap and he added extra chicken but it still came out tiny. Overall, a healthy place to dine in when you're in the area and craving Vietnamese food.

Take it from someone who grew up eating Vietnamese food. The banh xeo is duma so good. It's crispy and light, and the flavor is very authentic. You really don't need the sauce, but the sauce is perfect. I'm not sure if they have the peanut sauce, which I prefer. The service was great. There was no one there for lunch, which was surprising because this is a hole in the wall. The type that brings all the robust flavors that remind you of why you fell in love with this type of food. The flavors and the people.

Casual small restaurant, open late and easy walk to beach hotels.Quick service -no wait. Ordered the mild curry and it was watery and too spicy for my taste. For the price I was expecting more ingredients like meat, taro, spinach and creamy coconut milk not watery broth with a 3 small pieces of taro, wilted spinach and small portion of toppings ...IMO while the taro was tasty I felt the curry needed more solid food to pair and complement the serving of jasmine rice. Food was pricey with the additional 3% credit card fee.
