Good food good service good ambiance for adults and children fun good times with my children would recommend to others that has family and want to play games eat good fun and laughter

good prices... horrible service..... under staffed on a Saturday with inexperienced servers/ bartenders. with 2 bartenders/ servers, serving the whole restaurant, no manager on hand. they need to train staff properly....

Fair warning: we only came for the arcade portion. The arcade is small, like one storefront. The rest has a 50s inspired dining. Looked like limited seating. The games take swipe cards which is standard now. They will not combine cards so if you have a family ration for your kids, there will be left over with nothing they will do about but give you a "sorry." If Starbucks can combine cards on an app, I'm sure this place can too. If not- come up with a plan and figure it out.Plus- how do you not have skew-ball? The bathrooms were gross. No toilet paper and a busted soap dispenser. Don't people make rounds in bathrooms anymore? Ick.

A decent selection of games to play and entertain yourself and others just for fun or for some of their prizes. Conveniently located in same "store" as Johnny Rockets for food and drink. You can sit down between games or while others play and get a bite to eat. Great overall atmosphere. Happy gaming!

Hubby, daughter and I came here to play games. It used to be called Johnny Rockets but then changed their name. Not sure when this happened. Probably a little after 2021. It has games and a section where you can dine in and eat. They serve burgers, fries and your normal typical food. We dined here when it was Johnny Rockets. They food was pretty tasty. For the games you need a players card to play games. The more points you accumulate, the better. You get into a higher tier. More benefits of that. The inside was fairly clean. I believe there's a restroom in the back but I think you may need a code. Code is on your receipt if you dine in and play games. We had so much fun here. Definitely coming back again.

Went there and have lunch- and I noticed the prices on here on yelp is way different from the prices in house! When we place our order, I order a salad for take out order and the waiter forgot to put it in so I went pay for the bill I place in my take out order and I waited for my salad for over 30 minutes and the salad was not worth $15 due to the salad was very very small and it was NOT WORTH THE $15.. very disappointed with the salad

I give this place 10/10Reserved Rock n Fun for my son's birthday for a party of 30. We reserved the 6pm slot and they give you 30 minutes prior to set up. At first there was an issue, where the party before us had not vacated the area by 5:30pm, but instead 6:20pm! I was very annoyed by the previous party still being in the reserved party area as I wanted to set up things before my guest arrived. I'm not sure whose fault that was, if it was the establishment or the other guest. But my frustration quickly went away from the great customer service! Their manager Jim (I think) came out to apologize for the inconvenience and gave my son a lot of birthday prizes. Jim was very helpful and flexible with our reservation. He did so much to make sure we were up to satisfactory.The food was pretty good. The chicken wings, tater tots and shakes were really good. We didn't get to try any burgers but will definitely come back to try. Alcohol was a good plus too. The games had a good selection for all of the kids. And the prizes were better than other places. Our server was Hekla and she was the best! Even my entire party complimented at how good her customer service was. My family and I will definitely be back!

Don't bother coming to this arcade. DDR machine was updated, no songs, they don't have any of the old tracks to play. Can't be right. Asked at the counter what happened, not initially to complain. Literally just asked what happened. The tech who updated it IMMEDIATELY says to me, "If you want to complain, complain to Konami." I wasn't even trying to complain at first, but with that sour attitude, yeah now I'm complaining about your customer service. Asked for a refund, they refused to refund. Fine, whatever. Dude has SHIT attitude, the girls were fine. DO NOT BOTHER COMING HERE.

I came into rock n' fun last weekend for karaoke Friday. It was pretty busy but our server Hekla was so nice to clear some space for us. She was extremely patient considering I have two twin toddlers and a 6 month old. She did a great job at explaining the menu and didn't even need to write our order down. Even though the food was taking a while she made a point to continue checking on us, refilling my drink and my husbands beer. I was very impressed with her costumer service considering how young she is. I even came back again a few days ago hoping to have her as my server but I was informed by the person working that she was out on injury so I didn't want to eat, my kids just played games. Overall I give my dining experience a 10/10 thanks to Hekla
