Roberta's Gift Baskets & Flowers

It's November and each year I deliver a bouquet or have a basket delivered to my last surviving auntie and uncle. She's my mom's kid sister.My parents have been gone over a decade yet every October I receive a birthday card with $50 from them, it's amazing.Doc had surprised us this year with a gorgeous basket and flowers from Roberta's. I decided to order from her this year.I placed the order on line and got a call from Roberta a couple hours later. By that afternoon I got a Thankyou from my uncle. He must be at least 90 years old.I asked for the basket to be delivered before Thanksgiving either this week or next. Roberta herself is 86 years old originally from Ewa. Her business is in town. How's that for a fast turn around? She said she is known as the Ribbon Lady.She takes pride in her creations and sent me the photo before the basket was delivered. When asked I said fall colors. She messaged me she tried to make it Happy.

Roberta is the sweetest lady I have ever met. 2 of my good friends were visiting Hawaii and I wanted to surprise them with a last minute gift basket. I came across Roberta and called to place an order. She was so accommodating and so sweet. I called in the morning for an evening delivery and she was able to accommodate it. The basket was beautiful and my friends loved it.

Absolutely beautiful basket and bows. The bows and ribbons are one of a kind. I bought a basket for my uncle and his wife while they're out on their honeymoon. The gift basket delivered to the Moana in Waikiki on Dec. 23 made me smile. Love the Micronesian braided lei that was part of the delivery. In a time when I was adjusting to very new and unexpected widowhood.....you made me happy. Ordered by a daughter on the mainland. You made it perfect. Mahalo.

I was in need of a gift basket to be delivered to my mother who was vacationing in Waikiki for her birthday. Roberta went above and beyond to customize the basket down to the colors of the bows! Her attention to detail, care for her customers and pride in her work was five star. Even though I was in California, Roberta worked with the time change and my work schedule to make sure my needs were met. I would highly recommend using her services when in need of a celebratory gift.

What a pleasure it was to work with Roberta- she is a gem! She infused so much thought and care in to the baskets I requested for my family. I told Roberta I found her on Yelp and she said she doesn't look at yelp because she doesn't want to see anything bad. Well Roberta has nothing to worry about.

My friend, who lives in Honolulu, informed me that she would be retiring in two days. I live in CA and wanted to surprise her with a lovely gift basket. I ordered the Honolulu basket online on Roberta's website in the late afternoon. That evening, Roberta called me to confirm the order and upon hearing that my friend would be retiring in two days, she suggested the basket should be delivered the next day instead of the day after. Roberta said she will rush the order. She was so accommodating! I had requested red ribbon and a red anthurium instead of the green as pictured on the website. The gift basket arrived the next day and was so beautiful!! My friend was so surprised and just loved the basket! It was an absolute pleasure working with Roberta. She was thoughtful, caring, and her work was definitely 5 stars! Mahalo!! Highly recommend.
