The team at RMA Sales really brought my vision to life! I wanted to create the illusion of floor to ceiling mirrors behind my shelves and they really hit it out of the park. They were quick and efficient and take immense pride in their work to the 8th of an inch! Even when it came to the installation they took great care and didn't rush their work. They showed great concern if they felt things didn't look right and communicated. In end, I am so happy with the outcome and I'm not sure that I could have that confidence elsewhere! What a pleasant surprise to get an immediate response and later, the badly need panes for my glass louvers. I searched everywhere on the island and nobody had the glass I needed.Turns out that the most of the other places I visit, gave me estimates of two to four weeks. I drove up to the shop and found exactly what I needed. They cut the glass to the size I required and it was ready in four days.Very fast in comparison to one screen shop in which said two weeks and then amended that to four weeks.

These folks are super helpful with great customer service. My contractor had me work with RMA Sales to select new windows, made to order. They stand by their workmanship and make products that look as good as they perform. Even better, they manufacture their products right here in Hawaii. Need mirrored closet doors and couldn't find the size I need at Lowe's or Home Depot. My contractor sent me here.There have really nice quality doors. Well made and simple lines, just the way I like it. they also carry the security screen doors...Great for our local homes.People are nice.Great to not have to wait 4 - 6 weeks for things to come from the mainland

We got Safetyline Louvres installed a few weeks ago for my parents. They look great, are easy to operate, and has a built in safety feature without looking like you're sitting in a cage. They offer lots of airflow and were a nice step up from or old traditional jalousies. They offer tinted jalousie glass as well, and we will use that for our upstairs Safetyline Louvres to help with the morning sun.

They came with a consultation fairly quickly. Very communicative, thoughtful and efficient. Highly recommend

I have been working with Reid Nakahara of RMA sales on ordering the hardware for our custom jalousie window for several weeks. He was so helpful and patient in giving me advice on all the options to include consideration for safety and security (the window is near our front door) and the humidity and weather on the Windward side. We ordered white vinyl strips with pvc louver blades and just installed it today. The directions were very clear and it fit perfect! The order was completed sooner than expected and he made arrangements to be there personally when it was picked up. Also he and his company followed all the recommendations for protection against COVID. Reid's knowledge and expertise has resulted in a beautiful new window which is well sealed to keep out the bugs and is easy to clean. I didn't even know they made pvc blades! We couldn't be happier and we highly recommend RMA Sales!
