Rivals

First time going to Rivals as friend recommended this place. Easy to find, we went on a late after noon on St Patrick's Day, wasn't as busy as I thought it'd be, service was great, there was only 1 bartender/server, he was friendly and efficient! This bar is clean and you can tell it's really taken care of. We ordered drinks which came in a timely manner and ordered the Death by meat pizza which was sooo good! Pricy but so worth it, everything made fresh and the slices were big. I will definitely be coming back next time!

Pizza slice took 35 minutes. Was inedible. I'd skip the cardboard and find something else. Service was not good. Wanted to like this spot. Depressing vibes.

Super awesome place! It's a bar within a hotel and they have lots of good pizza - huge slices - and a large variety of drinks as well! I'm not too sure about the other days but on Wednesdays, they have a DJ who allows you to request Karaoke songs which is awesome. It makes it really fun, and everyone there is always super nice! The workers and security there are super sweet as well - I saw one of the security guards carrying an elderly woman down a few steps of stairs and to her seat since they don't have a wheelchair ramp. Awesome awesome place!

Came here for Sunday morning football at 7am on Sunday while in Waikiki. Place is packed and cool people!

....every other spot was closed or their kitchen was and we were so desperate for food lol. Stumbled across this inconspicuous gem and loved it so much we've gone twice in one week! If you don't know it's there you may miss it because the door isn't on the street. There's clear doors that open to a foyer area and once you walk through that, then you arrive at the entrance to Rivals. It is visible from the street but it almost looks like a hotel entrance so unless you happen to look down the hall you may not notice it from the street. But if you're starving like we were, we were leaving no door unsearched lol. We were immediately greeted and seated which we were impressed with. I asked a server as I was walking to my seat, impatiently lol, "do you guys serve food???" She told me honestly yes but they were very busy and short staffed that night and it could take an hour or so to get our meals. Although that could've been viewed as horrible, under the minimum optioned circumstances we appreciated the honesty and decided to stay. We were pleasantly surprised that our server confirmed the potential wait very humbly but offered drinks and options that may be faster to help lessen the wait. We actually decided to just order what we wanted and accept the wait but the food came out rather quickly! We ordered the chili cheese fries & wings (not pictured due to how quickly we started eating and I forgot to take a pic lol!) and pizza. All verrrry tasty as well as reasonably priced! And hot!! Our server, known as "Angry Dave", was more than hospitable. He was very accommodating, friendly, and personable. We were pleased to see he was available to serve us when we went back for our second visit! This bar/restaurant will be frequented during our stay here. Absolute BB referral!

Excellent! Great service and Kat is the best!! Stop by and watch a game or have a drink and something to eat !

Came for Sunday night footballService was greatOnly dissatisfaction was the charge for $1each for Bbque and Ranch dressing to go with the Chicken Fingers and Fries which were excellant.8 beers later and a $80 bill, really to charge for these sauces!

Great location if you can get served. I sat at the bar and got a menu very quickly but they never came back to me. I was ignored by both bartenders for quite some time (even while they washed glasses directly in front of me) long after I put the menus down and was very clearly waiting. I doubt they even noticed me walk away.

Came in the bar with a group of people and the bartender was rude before we even sat down. One of my friends had a cup of liquor and that was confiscated before we can get comfortable. After sitting at the table for 15 minutes or so. The bartender walk past the table and said y'all can go some where else (She didn't offer any water or food basically saying get out). We asked what was she said and she answered y'all can go somewhere else and smiled. We left the bar and will never come back. Horrible staff and we our local to the island. Service is non existent. They need to be closed down.
