favorite iced coconut matcha !!! They use my fav Coco Soul coconut milk Also such a cute place to hangout. Their bagels are also delishhhh! Ladies at the front are super friendly and sweet

What a wonderful morning vibe spot! We were looking for a quiet cafe where we could sit and enjoy a good coffee. We knew we could get good coffee at Morning Brew down the street but the lines there are always ridiculous and it can get kinda noisy. We walked past a drive thru cafe with outdoor seating around the corner and knew that wasn't what we wanted eitherThen we found Rise & Grind. The ambience has a artsy, cute vibe but it's definitely a smaller cafe for people who just want to be. There's even nice outdoor seating in the back but unfortunately sometimes you'll smell cigarettes out there. No parking though.

Whatever you do... come here and get your coffee or your matcha or whatever caffeine you prefer!!! As we were heading to lanakai we stopped at the cutest town where Rise & Grind is located to get some caffeine and a cool refreshing beverage before heading to the beach! Honestly I wasn't sure what to expect and didn't have time to look before we stopped for a coffee shop, but quickly located this one and WOW we were all blown away! Our drink was soooo delicious and everything from the cups to the decor is just so cute! Definitely make this a must stop!

Really cute and cozy coffee shop in Kailua. From the outside the cafe looks unassuming, but it's actually really spacious inside with lots of seating! I ordered a matcha latte with oat milk and it was good. The matcha is automatically sweetened I believe. I also tried my boyfriend's iced oat milk latte and the coffee is great!This would be the perfect place to study/hangout as the coffee shop is fairly quiet. Parking is probably the only downside. I would recommend finding a nearby meter street stall.

We decided to grab some coffee before a run, and wanted to do something (hopefully) better than generic Starbucks..what a great choice! The mochas were delicious and just the kick we needed, and the coffee cake was rich in flavor and so yummy. No better spot to enjoy than their comfy couches and chill vibes inside. Very fair price points compared to some coffee joints - and the ladies taking our order and preparing food and drink were simply delightful. Keep up the hard work y'all, you're killin it!

I love supporting local businesses and trying new coffee spots. I realize that there are not alot of shops in Kailu so this spot was the one I chose. Little to no parking but the shop itself is so cute. They have different seating options and an outdoor patio. They also have game boards you can play while visiting. Hawaiian latte and honey nut cherrios was delicious! I love that they offer different milk options. Staff were helpful and made delicious coffee!

It's been a while since I was here, but I think I got the Mauna Loa latte with oat milk (caramel + macnut)! I like my lattes on the sweeter side, but not toooo sweet, and this one was perfect for my liking. The coffee shop itself was cute! Plenty of seating despite being on the smaller side.

Rise and Smiles...Who didn't love getting their morning sips at their cute little trailer at the Farmers Markets which you still able to find them at Kaka'ako on Saturdays and Kailua on Sundays, well now we're able to expand our smiles any day at our convenience woohoo!!Walking into their Kailua coffee bar there's certainly a lot of smiles all around and you just need to come give them a visit and experience it all to see and understand it all, the vibe here is just so warm and welcoming...well when there's a fun Instagram wall that' greets you at the door "Smile there's coffee" :-) you just know you're in for a treat.I immediately dove into their "Seasonal Flavors" and it was "Lavender Haze" though there's nothing confusing about this sip as the lavender and coconut sounds perfect though the barista had informed me that the espresso machine just went on a "haze" itself and offered me cold brew instead actually sounded nice!Excited to escape my adulting there's a lot of seating choices here including a few against the wall makes it great to work or catch up on life without being distracted or the teal super soft and plushy sofa besides another artsy wall "Wake Up with Aloha and Coffee" sounded like the place for me and gosh how nice is that!The comforting escape to your happy place with a smile is very therapeutical and is what Rise & Grind offers and is so totally recommended.Thank you!
