Rip Curl

Very helpful staff- helped me try a few different sizes. Bought a bikini set, was a little costly but I expected that. Got a discounted insulated water bottle due to how much I spent lol! Nice assortment of swim wear and other accessories. Much better than my onesie was was way too big! Definitely recommend.

Did I buy a shark print swimsuit from here to go on a boat to snorkel and see dolphins? Maybe... I've been to the Maui Rip Curl and liked their designs and prints so I stepped into this one to see what the new styles were like. They had a few different prints and styles of swimsuits to choose from. Service was friendly and I had no problems checking out. The total was a bit pricey but it was a cute suit and worth it!P.S. Don't be like me and forget to check Yelp until after you are done because there's a check in offer for 10% off swimwear!

I went into the store the other day looking for a swimsuit and I saw two sales girls talking at the register. They didn't ask me if I need help or greeted me when I walked. I continued to look at the swimsuits to see if there was anything I like and was in there for a good 10 minutes. Still nothing. So I left. I got nothing when I walked out. It's like they don't care about the customers at all just the conversation they were having. T&C was better with their service.

I went into Rip Curl less than a week ago and I noticed that the store was rather busy. Customers trying on clothes, needing help with sizes, rushing to get their purchases in.... all while the only employee in the store was doing her best to keep up. Jessica was her name.. and through my years of working in retail, I have never seen someone be able to multitask and juggle customers as well as she did. Even being able to greet me as soon as I walk in the door, politely excusing herself when she had to check on someone else, working the fitting room and checking on those people, and of course doing all this between ringing up purchases. I'm pretty certain that Jessica's secret identity is super woman and I'm am extremely happy with the overall service I received there. I will be returning to the store for any future purchases.

Love ripcurl! Great selection of swim suits and shirts. Personal favorite surf shop at ala Moana. I just bought rifles tide watch from the manager(4934 ld according to receipt) and she was so incredibly helpful with my purchase. Knew so much and was an absolute joy!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Stopped by to check out some shirts and was helped by Ariana who found exactly what I was looking for. If you need some new board shorts or beach wear this is the spot to go!

Place is unbelievably expensive. Wouldn't recommend going in here unless you know someone who works there and can give you a hefty discount. I have to hand it to them, they have a lot of nice boardshirts and shirts, but their prices are way too rich for my blood.

The guys that work here are super chill and helpful! Thanks for letting me take my time trying on bathing suits. Didn't hurt that I got two bathing suits for the price of one since they had a special :).

I went to this surf shop at ala Moana yesterday and the girl helping me. Did an awesome job. It was a little busy. It looked like she was working alone. Very kind when I had questions about the bordes and. Went on the internet to find answers when she had time. I will shop again at this store
