I highly recommend Ring of Fire Hawaii for your wedding or event! Although we don't live on Oahu and were planning our wedding from a distance, Jackie and Jay were easy to communicate with and made the entire process seamless. My husband and I wanted to have a hula tribute dance to celebrate our late grandparents (one of which was a professional hula dancer), and ROF not only made this vision come to life with a moving hula performance, but they went above and beyond to make this moment so special for us and our family members, like suggesting to have their live musician play songs that my husband's late tutu used to perform to, which was such a thoughtful personal touch. The hula dancer's performance was beautiful--it brought tears to everyone's eyes and was so deeply moving. Following the hula performance, we had fire knife dancers perform and they were amazing! They were very talented and we loved how interactive their performance was so all of our guests felt engaged and included. Ring of Fire put the best/awesome show for our wedding ever!! They are the highlights of our wedding. I love it how they pulled everyone up to dance with them. That was really fun. Ring of Fire was AMAZING. Jay was really easy to communicate with over e-mail and text. We hired the fire knife dancers for our wedding in March 2022 and the performance went above and beyond our expectations! Our guests were WOW-ed and are still talking about how great of a performance it was. 1000/1000 recommend!

I was referred to Ring of Fire from a friend of the family. We hired them for our wedding dinner entertainment. Due to our reception being indoors, we were not allowed to have the fire knife dancers. Instead, we worked with ROF to create a custom 45 minute show. We replaced the fire knife dancers with an additional musician and added the Maori haka option to the show. About 1/3 of our wedding guests were from California (friends) and Texas (Grooms Family) and ROF was the perfect entertainment to give them a "taste" of the Polynesian culture. The feedback we got and are still getting weeks after the wedding is "that was the most fun wedding we've ever been to!" and we've got to thank ROF for that. They did the "pull-up" during the Tahitian portion, which is always entertaining. Those videos will be re-watched for years to come. Mahalo Nui Loa to ROF for being a part of our special day!

I booked Ring Of Fire Polynesian Show to celebrate my sister's 80th birthday. They performed their show at our beach house on the North Shore. It was a beautiful night And we booked a 40 minute show called Plumeria. It was five dancers, a fire knife soloist, two musicians and three drummers. We booked with Owner Jay Mataele. Jay is an awesome person who is full of light and love. He brings joy to the production. It was very very special and all my friends loved it. The show is very interactive and everyone in the audience got a chance to participate with dancing and singing. I highly recommend it for any special occasion. This is my second time to have booked this show. And I'm looking forward to my third booking in May 2022. Aloha to all

I had contacted a couple different companies in Oahu for a surprise birthday party. Jay responded promptly and give me a really good price. He even threw in the speaker and mic. His team came in on time and they were very professional. Having been to the standard luau at the tourist places this was by far the best. They were interacting with the guest and everyone had a great time. Everyone agreed this was hands down the best luau EVER!!! I would definitely recommend this company for your next private event.

From the first time I contacted ring of fire (Jackie and Jay), they show high level of professionalism. Our method of contact is via email, and Jackie & Jay responded to my questions with details promptly every time. We ended up hiring ring of fire to perform at our wedding, which consisted of the performance of a beautiful hula dancer (2 songs with change of outfit based on the song!), musician, drummer and a fireknife dancer! Our fireknife dancer is even a 2-time champion! The best part of the performance was the surprise the team brought to my husband & I... They sang the Hawaiian song "love & honesty" live and asked us to dance to it! The song was way better than our first dance song, so beautiful, meaningful and romantic. The whole performance was well thought out and exceeded my expectation! Our fireknife dance performance was an awesome way to warm up our dance floor as well (our dance party begins after the performance). The performers also stayed for a while after the performance so our guests could take pictures with them. Everyone enjoyed so much!I initially couldn't find any reviews on ring of fire and was a little worried. It was the professionalism Jackie, Jay and team demonstrated that put me at ease! I would highly recommend ring of fire to anyone!

Great show and professional staff! The pricing was reasonable and so were the people. We hired Ring of Fire for our wedding and couldn't be happier. The dances incorporated a little history and vocab, and of course everyone loved the fire dance. Would recommend again and again.

We had ring of fire perform at our wedding and it truly was the best performance I've ever seen! We had around 90 guests and I could hear everyone talking about how amazing it was. They were still talking about it days after our wedding! The entire group was so amazing, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend anyone interested in hiring them for event to look no further and book right away!!!
