Was looking to purchase my very first electric mountain bike for trail riding since most of the cycling I do is on the road. Also, seeing all the mountain bikers at the Ohana Trail at my then Waimanalo shift inspired me to try a new sport. After all of the searching for local shops on FB, etc, Ride Ebikes Hawaii had a bicycle (Magnum Summit) that was not only in my budget but what I was looking for in a electric mountain bike as well. The Magnum Summit alone had a kick I wasn't expecting on take off and I admit I almost ate sh#t right out the gate on my test ride. My Grogu spirit guide was watching over me that day. Also, an attractive looking hardtail with a unique boxy frame that I have not seen on similar rides. Justin even went as far as to saw the bicycle seat post lower since I am a short rider. Support local small businesses...that's exactly what we did! Riding a bike was the thing to do during 2020 lockdown. From Ko Olina to Hawaii Kai, Kailua and North Shore, we went everywhere! Who knew riding an E-bike would be so much fun! These bikes can go fast and they felt stable. The Excelerator was a plus without you having to pedal hard. We used bike lanes which made it easy to navigate and sightsee. They also have bags, cell phones holders, bike locks and lights for easy visibility. Justin the owner is a very nice guy and super accommodating. It was a great way to end my Hawaii trip and I am proud to support a locally owned business.

Best customer service hands down.I'm not the greatest and riding bikes but these were so easy to use and ride plus the electric motor helps if you're anything like myself and cant get a good head start on a bike. We were helped by Justin who was very kind and very helpful with getting us ready to explore the island but also suggested nice views and spots to eat. I highly recommend anyone interested to book a riding session, you'll have lots of fun, proving wont break your budget, suggested routes and popular visit spots. We did the night tour on the e-bikes and it was so much fun! It was really enjoyable to ride through town and kakaako on the evoked bs having to pedal all the time. The tour took us past downtown, to aloha tower, to kakaako (really cool art and it gives a different perspective seeing it at night on the bikes. It was a really fun time with friends

Justin was awesome! He was very helpful on what routes to take and what areas to avoid. I actually reserved the wrong date and he accommodated us to make sure we can rode that day. The ebikes we rented were nice and sturdy. We had a few new ebike riders and Justin made the time to get them comfortable to ride. I highly recommend renting from him! Finally got to check out an Ebike! Bruddah Justin really took care of us! We went for a cruise from Kalihi to Kaka'ako, Ala Moz to Waik's, then up to Diamond head. Beautiful scenery all along the way, plenty places for pics. Made a pit stop at Grace's Diner for grindz before heading back. Great experience! Highly recommend checking him out if you want a convenient, eco friendly mode of transportation for work or just cruising on the weekends!
