I've had the Stix Asia Food Hall bookmarked for a while now as a must-visit spot in Waikiki, and I finally got the chance to check it out. With so many tempting options, I decided to start with Ribs and Broth Waikiki for my first visit.Given their name, I couldn't resist trying their Beef Short Rib Pho. Priced at $23.95, this hearty soup features sliced beef short rib in a flavorful beef noodle broth, topped with green and white onions.I also ordered their Spring Rolls appetizer, which costs $14.95. The dish includes six pieces of deep-fried egg rolls filled with minced pork, carrot, onion, long rice, and taro, served alongside lettuce, pickles, rice noodles, cucumber, and a dipping sauce.I started with the Spring Rolls. At first, I was a bit disappointed with their size--they were smaller than I expected based on the menu photo. The six pieces were essentially three egg rolls cut in half. However, any disappointment quickly disappeared once I took a bite. The flavor was excellent, and I was thoroughly impressed with how delicious they were. The Beef Short Rib Pho was equally satisfying. The soup was heartwarming and comforting, and the beef short rib was tender and plentiful. It's exactly the kind of dish you'd want when you're in the mood for something nourishing.Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Ribs and Broth Waikiki. It was a fantastic introduction to the Stix Asia Food Hall, and it has set the bar high for the other restaurants I plan to try there!

COOKS DON'T WASH THEIR HANDS!!!!!I was in the restroom, washing my hands. An employee at "Ribs & Broth Waikīkī" Authentic Vietnamese cuisine, was in the restroom stall. He exited the stall, and walked right out of the restroom. I followed him to the restaurant and asked if he washed/washes his hands. He straight to my face, said "NO" and walked to the back of the restaurant. STIX ASIA FOOD HALL told me to leave my name and number, and someone would contact me. That's it. My observation does not matter to these people. Good luck eating here. I hope you enjoy your experience!!!!

Decided to randomly try this spot and it was awesome! They are located in the old Yokocho now called Stix Asia Noddle Street next to the other noodle shops. The beef ribs were cooked to perfection pulled right off the bones and the meat was so soft and tender! There was so much noodles couldn't finish it all with the 2 bones of meat! The beef stew also had awesome flavor! Also a must try is the add on $4.99 fried Chinese donut stick, it came out fresh hot and absolutely amazing !!! Never had it fresh before! Completely forgot to ask for chili oil but saw a table nearby after we were done that had chili oil so make sure to ask! They also have 10% Kamaaina Discount!

Good place for a quick meal in the heart of Waikiki. I needed a break from sashimi, sushi, poke and all the Hawaiian and Japanese food, so their fresh veggie filled vermicelli noodle bowl was refreshing to my taste buds. Service was quick and friendly.

Great Pho! I got my feet wet with the chicken first. My husband raved about the fried oysters. We came back the next day for the combination pho: tendon, tripe, and 2 kinds of beef. It was great!

Located in STIX Asia. Went during a time that was not busy. Greeted right away and got to choose where to sit. Summer rolls were delicious and so was the peanut sauce. Tip: After dipping in the peanut sauce add a little sriracha! The pho broth was tasty and not too salty! Ask for the chili oil sauce if it's not at your table!

Sadly the best dish would be the fresh rolls. Pho - Juice needed more flavor, noodle needed to be cooked longer. Noodle should be soft but wasn't. Only seasoning available for the pho was; Sriracha, Hoisin Sauce, sugar, lemon and black pepper. Would be better if they had chili in oil pepper sauce. Bun Bo Hue - okay juice flavor. Garlic beef Fried Rice - can taste that the rice stuck to the pan. But it was okay in flavor. Thai Tea - No sweetness at all, not even a hint of sweetness. Was disappointed. Fresh squeezed Lemonade - sweet and sour, how it should taste. Nothing special.Banh Mi - BBQ Pork Belly. Was good, flavor was there. Over all wouldn't eat here again. Service was friendly and always checked in to make sure we had water. Located in a cute little strip of other restaurants indoor.

After landing in Hawaii and a long day of travel, all I wanted was some type of soup or noodles. I know I can get pho at home but the pictures of this place made me crave for pho. Although, pictures can be deceiving. I should have put 2 and 2 together when we arrived and there was not a single customer eating at the restaurant. The waitress was literally standing at the entryway waiting for any hungry soul to come in. The food was standard. I got the combo pho which included meat balls, tripe, beef flanks. Family ordered chicken pho, pho with bone in, vermicelli noodles with grilled pork & shrimp, and spicy beef noodle soup (bun bo hue). I had also ordered a side of the Chinese donuts to eat with my pho. Unfortunately, I had to keep asking for it until finally came out. My donut did come but it was towards the end of my meal so I was hastily trying to eat what was left of my pho with the donut and sharing it amongst the family. Not ideal. My pho was decent size and it was quite filling. Have to warn anyone who has never tried bun bo hue, it is spicy. If you can handle extra spice, by all means add in the chili oil but at your own risk. My nephew didn't know and added a lot. He said it was so spicy, he could hardly finish his bowl. The pho with side ribs, I heard was good. The meat was tender and fell off the bone as it should. The other dishes were just alright. They do give you the usual plate of bean sprouts, basil, lemon and jalapeno peppers. But it felt like there wasn't enough basil. Prices are steep!! For a bowl of pho on average considered small medium was $19+. Coupled with either miscommunication or misunderstanding of my order, it's not a place we'd return to. Especially since there are other restaurants to try and probably not at a high price point as this pho restaurant. Service was ok but not the greatest. She was attentive to a point but it felt like there was only 1 person waiting tables, taking orders and 1 person in the kitchen. So, service was slow in a sense.

If you're in Waikiki and craving a bowl of noodle soup, you'll be satisfied with R&B in the Styx Asia food court. Once you're inside and seated, it doesn't feel like a food court or hall, it feels like a cozy little cafe with friendly service and well-prepared food. I enjoyed my vegetarian pho; the broth had a nice balanced flavor, and the dish included a good amount of noodles, fresh veggies, and tofu plus a side plate of bean sprouts, basil sprigs, lime wedges, and jalapeno slices. My friend enjoyed her combo meat bowl of pho and we both took home leftovers. The food is legit. Our overly experience was excellent. We were seated right away, received ample good service including taking our order, answering our questions, bringing us to-go containers, and handling our bill. I know those are normal things, but the staff was consistently attentive and fast in responding. Highly recommend!

Located in the beautiful Stix Asia food court, R&B brings vietnamese cuisine to this tour of asia.Their menu is fairly standard to what most pho restaurants offer. They have a rib bone pho which seems like one of their more popular items. But also entrees like new york steak, garlic shrimp, stir fried lemongrass tofu, and basa ginger and onions that differentiate themselves. I tried the combo pho and thought it was decent. The broth had a lighter flavor and tasted clean, not too oily. I did hope that they had some fish sauce on the side to use tho. The portion size was good, i was very full after the meal.I would come here again if i crave pho after hitting up the beaches at waikiki.
