Reyn Spooner Ala Moana Center

Let's update this review. Whatever I mentioned in my previous review about Kahala vs Ala Moana, is the total opposite.The customer service is just subpar. The attitude is generic and unwelcoming, and never felt comfortable in there or felt any genuineness during any interactions with the sales team. Every time I made a purchase (out of convenience), I need to claw and scratch each time just to get the Kama'aina discount because they will NEVER ask you any follow up question. You have to be very clear and say everything, and have your ID ready in hand before the purchasing process because they won't give you a second before your items are rung up, and then they get upset when they need to do it again, and press more icons on the screen than they have to. I was actually told to "have your ID ready" before purchasing on my most recent purchase here. OH-KAY... I keep receiving false information. One instance I was looking for a shirt, which they didn't have in stock, but checked that the store in Hilton had, so I went there immediately only to find out that they HAD NONE.Recently, I noticed the Ala Moana store started selling Reyn's Rack shirts (trade ins/vaulted), so I was curious if they also started trade ins (only Kapolei, at the moment), and the salesperson told me, "yes". Ok great! I'll came back in a couple of days with trade ins in hand, looking to get some credit for my purchase only to find out from a different salesperson that they actually don't do trade ins, and told me to "look on the website" on "ReynSpooner.com" for "instructions", which made ZERO sense to me. I checked the website, and nope, nothing. His instructions just led me to shirts on sale... I don't mind with just a "sorry" and a "no", or just an honest answer. People can be understanding. But what's the point of giving me incorrect, unclear information?There are nearby Reyn Spooner stores in Kahala Mall, Hilton Hawaiian Village (with parking validation!), and the newest store on Waikiki Beachwalk along Lewers. Better, more friendly, and helpful service at those stores.My previous 5-star review was based on one experience with an excellent salesperson who was efficient, friendly, accommodating, and asked me questions. I've never seen him after that.2 stars for the variety of shirts and cleanliness of the store, and the one and only salesperson who is actually accommodating and engaging.

Was searching for a green dress for my tutu's celebration of life and came across Reyn Spooner. A small selection but everything appeared to be of high quality. Something I liked was that, if you sign up, they can keep track of things you've bought so if someone wants to buy you a gift they can based off the sizes saved in the system. That's pretty cool. The gentleman who was there was very kind and helpful while I was shopping while grieving. Will return when in need of more aloha wear.

Visited Reyn's at Ala Moana Center today to check out the Holiday Aloha shirts. They have them now!Great selection and now also for women! Decisions, decisions. Which one should I pick?!

This is the place to be if you're looking for great quality Aloha shirts. They have all different designs. I saw Avengers and South Park ones that were too cute. What caught my eye that made me come into the store was the NFL Aloha shirts. I had to check out the Cowboys version. Wow, it was so nice! It was made from rayon instead of cotton. Too bad I don't wear Aloha shirts. I would have bought myself one.

I was in search of a quality men's aloha shirt, so I decided to stop by Reyn Spooner at Ala Moana. With a wide selection and friendly staff, I had a wonderful experience shopping. As soon as I walked in, Greg assisted me with finding a nice fitting shirt for my friend. Greg asked some helpful questions to find the right size and length to try in. My friend tried on the suggested sizes, and it was a perfect fit. We're very thankful for Greg's expert advice in shopping for aloha shirts.

Helpful staff, nice store (when the AC works it's even nicer!) and a good selection of shirts and accessories. I found some polos, Hawaiian shirts and a cool microfiber towel. Great selection

I love Reyn Spooner shirts and this store is right m right We we're treated well with great personal service and the sales man knows his shirts and fits. I have over 17 shirts and loved the selection here

Went here for the new star wars christmas shirts. I saw it online but didn't know my size for their shirts so came in to see what the difference between classic and tailored was and what my sizes are. The sales associate was really helpful and informative when i came in. He grabbed a S and M in both the classic and tailored for me to try on.While I was trying on the shirts my yelp bff asked him questions about the shirts and sizes and what not and he answered all of them really well. The tailored cut is more like a slim cut. The star wars/collabs are limited runs and what they have is what they have same with online, so if you see a print you're interested in you better pick it up because they might not be around in your size later if at all. Also all the shirts are hand cut and then aligned so the pockets match, it's good to see the shirts in person since while the pattern is the same, the location of where they end up at are different for every shirt.

Clerkss are competing with each other for commissions and neglecting customer service. We went all the way from Waikiki because I was told that the Ala Moana store had 5 in stock when I asked them to check at another store, but they didn't even apologize when they couldn't find them after a short search.The Japanese staff as well as the American staff were very unfriendly and we will never go back to the Ala Moana store again.

I wanted to write this review for the fantastic service that I have received through David Panos at the Ala Moana store. He is always upbeat and because of his experience, he recently went out of his way to help me resolve an issue. David is a valuable member of the Reyn Spooner team and his service will keep me as a loyal customer for life. Mahalo David!
