I searched every where for some very specific equipment. I found Clint to be really helpful showing me both new and used equipment and I was happy with the deal he gave! Based on my experience I would recommend this business as a great place to buy restaurant equipment from!

I am here to tell all restaurant / food business owners to beware of this business. We bought a used Traulsen refrig/freezer unit from this business on July 9. Paid over $2000.00 for it. Did not hesitate to pay for it right there and then. We had a 90 day warranty. We asked him how much was for delivery and he said it would be NO charge considering there were no stairs. We told him there were no stairs and we have a back door and we would remove our door so they can push it in. We asked it to be delivered in 2 weeks as not to rush them and to give them time to adjust delivery schedule and to make sure our unit was working orderly. We waited for them to call us to schedule delivery, by now 3 weeks has passed with no calls from them. On the 4 week which makes a month, we decide to call them to schedule our delivery. our contact, Clint who is also the owner starts to give us the run around and tells us he will call us back to schedule a time for delivery, 3 days has passed again with no call and so we call him again, then before scheduling a day and time with us, he mumbles under his breath that "he's been trying to get the refrig/ freezer to work right the whole month!" That means he sold us a non working product and never told us. HE TOOK OUR MONEY BEING AWARE THAT IT WAS IN NON WORKING ORDER! So all this time he was prolonging delivery to get the unit working. We finally get him to deliver the unit 5 WEEKS after we bought it. Upon delivery there were two men. I smaller guy and a big guy. We told them that you would have to take off the doors of the ref/ freezer and the legs need to be unscrewed prior to entering the door. Just to let you know we already have a ref/ freezer unit exactly like the one being delivered, and we, (TWO WOMEN) took off the legs and doors and pushed in our refrigerator/ freezer ourselves. So that is how we know that the delivery was not difficult. It was SO SIMPLE even grandma could've done it. HAH! We finally get our ref/ freezer we were so happy. Until 5 days after.. The freezer was not freezing. We called them to tell them the freezer was not freezing, so they sent out their repairman to check it out. I guess that day he fixed it, 4-5 days after, it broke down completely, no air blowing, nothing, so we called them again and they came out to fix it. Supposedly. It works the best it can now and Clint the owner tells us that the freezer will never freeze because the temperature never goes down low enough to freeze anything. Now if we would've known that, why the hell did we buy a FREEZER! HELLO! A freezer that doesn't freeze:( I don't understand that BS! So we manage a week and a half and then the refrigerator breaks, we call again and they are fixing it again, so it works for about 11 days and it breaks again, and it breaks another 2 times within 3 months, that equals to 6 times. I am pissed. By now Clint the owner of RESTAURANT EQUIPMENT UNLIMITED is very rude to us and hung up two times unprofessionally. Pissed that I keep calling him and telling him off, who wouldn't be pissed, I wanted The unit exchanged to something comparable to what I had. This unit never worked right since I got it. This was a piece of Trash. The repairman Jeff came out the 6 Th time on Monday Nov. 3 to check the unit and agreed to exchange it. Jeff told us that they would call the following week to schedule a delivery time and day. The following Monday comes along (Nov.10)and we get a call from Clint at 8am saying that they are coming at 11 to deliver the new refrigerator. Just to let you know that our business is closed on Mondays and we are not available on that day and all that time the unit was breaking, they came out on Mondays at 8am to fix it 4 out of the 6 times, and one time they never showed up until 11am. This business has wasted to much of our time and money. Clint always wanted us to bend over backwards and to drop everything when they say so. Not even being considerate enough to call at least a day in advance to schedule a time and date for delivery. Since we could not be there on Monday for delivery, they never ever called us back and when I asked him if we will have a 90 day warranty on the next refrig/freezer he is delivering he bluntly and rudely said no and hung up. Oh yeah, he sent us a bill in the mail for $200.00 for delivery, saying that it was a so called Hard Delivery. It's been two weeks since this happened and the unit is broken again. Jeff the repair man told us that Clint sells used equipment that is not working all the time and when he goes to repair the unit, the customers are so irate at him that he is terrified to go out to do these repairs. Please be aware of this business. Do not get ripped off by this guy. I heard from many of our contacts that he is shady.
