Avoid this Business Go Amazon!!!Why? I Bought a microwave light bulb above stove $39 and later found out that it's sold on Amazon for 7.99!!! Both made in China. They're ripping the consumer off!!!

Oh no! They closed their Kalihi location and moved to Waipio!That's okay, they are always helpful and even incorporated on-line chat for us introverts (lol).Always a good place to check for appliance parts and even supplies like long-handled brushes to clean out your refrigerator coils. (You DO clean them out every 6 months to keep your fridge running properly, right???)They also have a great assortment of appliance maintenance products/cleaners as well as decent BBQ grill supplies. Too bad they're in Waipio now...

No one answers the phone Can't do business that way.If their hours have changed then update their website or Yelp etc...Their Kalihi location I heard shutdown.I'm thinking perhaps Waipio did also. But I can't verify that.Possibly not enough workers is another scenario. My take is Hawaii is in a world of hurt with no availability of parts for the consumer and repair businesses.Hopefully with Amazon here in Honolulu a two day turnaround time will help.

They had the part I was looking for, even though I was calling it the wrong name. They were super helpful! The part turned out to not be what I needed, and their return policy was easy.

Hands down excellent!I needed a coupling and new hose for my refer water dispenser but forgot to bring the broken hose and didn't know what size it was. Fortunately Maile (clerk) did know! I told her what my situation was and she knew EXACTLY what I was talking about! Stress free and pleasant experience from the time I entered the door!

Definitely the place to go for anything small appliances parts repairs. I was warmly greeted, gave me some advice and made sure I had all the parts I needed. I asked about the return policy on uninstalled parts.

absolutely pathetically bad, tried all day to call only to get hung up on at 4pmwhen they close. You need a Manager who can manage because you stuff sucks at answering the phone. Why even have a phone when you don't answer it. no wonder the Kalihi store closed. nobody there wants to helps sell anything and make money for a poorly run business. So sad, thank god for amazon.

I was so surprised they had the part I was looking for! Customer service was great and I was very comfortable in the environment. Plus they had candy out for Halloween... helped myself for sure!

Service was quick and part was perfect. Everything went smoothly, they even pointed out something's that made it easier to repair and to check other parts while making repairs.
