I was able to buy office supplies from this company at a very affordable price! Items were as pictured and in fantastic condition. Justin was very helpful and even wheeled out the 2 desks that I purchased.

Regus has more than exceded our expectations. Our lease was up in Town and we needed to consider a new office location. Regus was referred to us via our Corporate Headquarters in Chicago. Tara, Victoria & Helen were all very helpful during our move. We brought in 5 Sales people and 2 support staff. Everyone loves their offices and the services Regus supplies as well. Parking is a breeze whereas it was an adventure in Town even with an access card. Everyone here is very pleasant and accomodating.If you're looking for office space with a support Staff included you should definitely consider Regus. Mahalo, Ray

The company is shameful and not as advertised. Please stay away as they are bullies and not into communicating with virtual clients. I have tried to work with them and just today on Thanksgiving they CHARGED my card without authorization twice!!! I will be disputing the charges and calling my law firm and bank tomorrow.... watch out. So horrible

Collaborating to Make Our Business Bigger !!!We started our business in 2009 and finally got to Regus in 2016. Since that time the Regus staff has constantly been reminding me to keep the ideas flowing as they have become our sounding board for growth. While some will complain about the cost of business (which is tax deductible) looking on the negative aspects. We have decided along with the support from the Regus Professionals to focus on the Positive side of the process and grow our business. While we do not actively look for publicity we were recently featured in a front page story of the Honolulu Star-Advertiser (Sunday Edition) and the credit for that goes to the staff at Regus for reminding us to stay focused on our mission and let them handle the small stuff that can cause Entrepreneurs to get off track. Many years ago I had a friend who did great work and yet as we moved forward his work got worse not better, and today he is no where to be found. Over the years I have to say that Regus Business Centers are the opposite of my friend, because as you can see they have and continue to improve with age. Like a fine wine they only get better : ) why go with the lessor brand when you have an opportunity to join forces with the people / Professionals that want to help you succeed. For me shared work environments include a space where we can enlarge our thoughts as well as our brands. When we joined Regus we unleashed our products and services to the World.., my question is WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR ??? Regus stands for EXECUTION and that means we grow our Business BIGGER !!! Jump into the deep end of the pool !!!!!

Wrote a contract with a specific termination date with Regus written into the agreement. They have continued to bill for six months past the termination date. Now we have to purse legal action to obtain a refund for credit card charges past the termination date. Their manager insists that any termination date in the contract is not a legal termination date because of their auto-renewal clause. Beware their shift business practices. These people have no ethics.

I've been a Regus client for years now and can't say enough about the helpfulness, thoughtfulness and customer service I have received from the reception staff and general manager. Everyone makes an effort to be accommodating and anticipate our needs. As an entrepreneur, it's great to have a warm and professional place to work. It's recently been remodeled and is ideally located for meeting clients in the city.I'll add that it's close to SALT and some of my other favorite restaurants which I enjoy and it makes lunch meetings a breeze.

I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and the difficulty of working with the staff at Regus Business Center Honolulu. For matters of simply paying for the service, I was met with attitude and incomplete instructions. Amazing place to have an office! The staff is exceptional, and the office has a beautiful and professional open concept that has just recently been remodeled. The office managers, Brooke and Anne are beyond amazing - always positive, inviting and full of Aloha! They're always eager to assist with whatever they can, and with smiles on their face. They truly make me feel like not just a tenant at the Regus Waterfront office - but part of an Ohana! Couldn't speak any higher of these ladies, and recommend this office with 5 stars!
