This is for the sand blasting we paid for.Had a bunch of parts with rust that I couldn't sand because of all the little spaces that my fingers could not reach. This was taken a while ago, the project is already done but I had ended up sanding all the parts anyway. As far as taking the parts back to be redone by the company I decided to just accept their work sand the parts and write this review.I posted pics but had to do it separately from my review for some reason.To the company please double check your work before turn over. This is my second review on Ty and the crew at Hi Tech. Outstanding! I had some hand levers for my bike coated semi gloss black and it couldn't have come out any better. It took less than a week, and during the Christmas weekend no less. Pricing was great. I even threw in a little extra for the great service and prices. Mahalo Ty!!!

Best powder coating on the island with outstanding customer service. Been going to them since early 2000s and quality of work has no change, still top notch work! Any color you want is available there. Excellent!

Ty's been powder coating parts for me for several years and his work is always spot-on.I recently had him ceramic coat some stainless steel header parts and they came out awesome, as usual.It sometimes takes about a week to complete but I took my parts in on Monday and got them back by Thursday.You can see the pride in his work, from the powder coating to the ceramic coating down to the careful wrapping of the parts.5 Star service from a really nice guy.Thanks Ty!

The work looks legit they been around for awhile. Was quoted 3weeks most likely earlier an ended up picking up 1 month after I dropped the wheels off. $325 for 2 motorcycle wheels. Be sure to shop around. Everyone I talked to after the fact said that's way high. 80-110 seems to be the standard which they did charge, but they also charged me a material and shipping fee of $115. Not even my friend that's been going to them for years heard of that charge. Seems like that was more like a commission charge. All in all I'm satisfied with the work. The lady that helped me is really nice, tried her best to answer any questions I had. But not satisfied with the price. First and last for me. No recommending to anyone that asks.

Great job on a set of Harley wheels! Friendly and take the time to go over any concerns or details. I would definitely recommend. Prices are good also.

Called bobby at hi tech coatings to powder coat my lift. My lift consisted of 2 cross members and 2 spindles. Reasonably small pieces so i asked how much would everything cost? His exact words where "not much i have to ask my guys but cheap". I stressed to him that i need a ball park number because if the price is to high i would take my money elsewhere. He still insisted "not much" so i figured what the hell. I dropped of the pieces and he said he would give me a call when it was ready. I received a call 2 days later and told me everything went well and the total came out to 550 dollars. 550 DOLLARS, why is that a 20" rims only cost 90 each to powder coat from him but SMALLER pieces from my lift come out to 550 dollars? I also asked prior if the color i choose was more expensive and he said by a couple dollars that was to be expected, but not a couple HUNDRED dollars. Will never return to this place for any powder coating of such. Must i had that there tape job was horrific on the spindle and the powder coating is EXTREMELY thin in some areas and is starting to chip. I gave 3 places a call after i received the lift back from Bobby to find out how much other places would have charged, all 3 of the places had quotes under 350$. I decided to take the rest of my lift to Titanium and received a far superior job then Hi-Tech Coatings. The powder coat was even and they even informed me that the color i choose was a 2 part process which involved a clear that Bobby and his crew did not do. The only thing they did was blast it and lay down the base. I absolutely would never recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent customer service. Wheels turned out very nice. Will use for other powder coating needs also. Will definitely use powder coating over painting for durability. Hi-Tech coatings offers very good prices for services that I needed. They were even lower than other options. They have a lot of colors to choose from.

Editing my review because I was finally able to make contact with Ty. Clearly he is spread too thin, working on bid-proposals while still wearing a dust-mask and hearing-protection and a total of two other people on the premises. Not sure if the owner ever checks in here - and Ty didn't ask me to say anything about this - but the company seems to be suffering from lack of employees. When no one has the time to answer the phone or return messages, well...that should be a sign that it's time to get some phone help, if not more staff in general.

A bit more than a year ago I was looking for a place to powdercoat my wheels. After shopping around to gauge prices and colors I wanted I found the perfect color with a decent price. A fraction of the cost of a closer powdercoating place while having what seemed like a much more vast collection of available colors.They work quickly as I got my wheels back after a couple of days. I had to wait an additional week as they had to order the color I had chosen as well. Recently I purchased some aluminum center caps for those wheels and went in to get them powdercoat matched. They gave me a GREAT price and got them back to me the next day. Not sure when I'll ever need powdercoating services again but this is my first stop.
