I always love a good hotel restaurant, but don't always have the highest expectations. Redfish Poke exceeded any expectations that I had!Redfish Poke is located in the lobby of Wayfinder Waikiki. An open air concept that leads to the pool, it has different vibes to its dining areas, and matches the design of the Wayfinder. As a plant-based eater, I was SO excited to see that they have vegan poke.I had the tofu poke twice during my stay at Wayfinder! I added Cucumber Zuke (SO good!), bean sprouts, fried shallots, green onions and sesame seeds. It's fresh, filling and delicious. I chose to eat poolside and in my room as a guest of the hotel, but the restaurant looked like a great spot each time I walked by, during breakfast, lunch and dinner.I loved it and will definitely be back!

This was hands down my favorite place we ate at in Waikiki! The poke and pork were packed with flavor, every bite was so good. We had two poke bowls and the ribs as an appetizer, and everything was fresh, well-seasoned, and delicious. Our waiter was super chill and had great recommendations, which made the experience even better. Plus, it's not a far walk from the Sheraton, so it's super convenient.5/5, highly recommend! If you're in Waikiki, this spot is a must!

We came on Black Friday to buy some gift cards and my hubby had lunch while I lined up at the front cashier. He ordered salmon poke and tuna poke for me. Fresh and refreshing, not salty, nice seasonings. Small portions, a lil pricey.Great for a light healthy lunch. I like the restaurant, it's inside Wayfinder, quiet, relaxing and elegant.

This is the restaurant attached to the Wayfinder Waikiki. We went for breakfast. The server was very friendly and the restaurant has an open view onto a side street. We ordered the fresh papaya with granola and yogurt on the side as well as the Loco Moco. The papaya was great but I found the sides were small for the extra $3 surcharge for the granola and the yogurt. On the other hand, the Loco Moco was huge! Both meals tasted great but the Loco Moco was better value for money. The Loco Moco had lots to take home to eat later. We also indulged in a Vietnamese Coffee and a Latte which were both great! If you stay at the Wayfinder hotel, they give you a 15% off coupon for Redfish (as of Feb 2025).

Tourist review! Nestled in the Wayfinder hotel, this restaurant is separate from the hotel but a wonderful addition. A nice respite from the Waikiki crowds, as this is closer to the canal vs beachside. Plenty of open air indoor seating, a few tables outside and a nice bar area, it's definitely got vacation vibes that I prefer over either a fast casual or even just a regular restaurant. They are serving up poke, other eats like a Cobb salad and a burger, a whole array of fried apps and of course beverages.*The poke, while not cheap, is great with huge chunks of fresh fish atop perfectly cooked rice. The only draws back is that toppings are limited both in options and what is included in the price. If you want more it's an additional $2. Overall the poke bowl with a few add-ons ended up being $30, but it was so filling and ended up being my lunch a dinner. Overall, I put it at a 4.5. * I didn't imbibe in cocktails or happy hour, but the Diet Coke was flat. No bueno.

If you're staying at the Wayfinder and don't want to go far for a meal, Redfish is perfect for you. It's right next to the lobby and pool area. Open windows is great since you can take in the weather but it can get loud depending on the amount of people in the lobby. The servers were great, we were seated right away. Menu has something for everyone!

Cute spot to come hang out, and grab a bite! The outside seating is really cute! the build your own poke bowl is always soooo good, a must go to every time we come by! The cocktails are yummy too! I have no idea what the drink I got was called, but it had salted strawberry and it almost taste like a salty Mojito haha the short ribs also fire!! All the servers here are super nice too and knowledgeable about the menu !

This place is fantastic! Cold beer & warm rice- as they say! Lovely staff, really friendly helpful and attentive! The vibe is relaxed but fun and they have allll day poke! Omg this poke is soo good. I didn't expect anything less since it is a foodland restaurant, but they really covered all bases with the choose your own poke options. I kept coming back here even after my stay at the hotel! Great breakfast options overall and nice view of the ala wai.

I loved this spot! Service was terrific, and the food and atmosphere matched. We came for happy hour, and Kira was our server. I'm pretty sure we ordered every happy-hour drink on the menu. I enjoyed the tequila High Ball the most! The poke was great, but my favorite dish was the garlic shrimp. I'm surprised this place wasn't packed anymore! It's a hidden gem.

Redfish Waikiki in the Wayfinder Hotel has ono poke and a great ambiance with their open air concept nearby the pool. Parking is a breeze with $6 valet parking when you're dining in. I think it's cute that each name tag also includes their astrological sign. We came here for the poke bowls-- here they do a "build your own" style with a little form you fill out in pencil. You choose your base, poke, sides and unlimited toppings and sauces! The regular is 1 choice for $18 and the deluxe is $23 for 2 choices. For base you have the choice between white rice, brown rice, or salad. Or you can upgrade your base to a ginger scallion rice, Yukari Rice or Hijiki Rice for an extra $2-$3. Each bowl comes with 2 free sides, and then it's an extra $2 after that. Toppings are unlimited and they have a ton of different options like their bubu arare, furikake, fried garlic, fried shallots, spicy mayo. The different poke choices are off the hook too! More than just ahi, there's salmon, hamachi, shimp, tako (octopus), and even beet and tofu poke! Here's what I ordered: Deluxe 2 choice with their ponzu furikake ahi and ginger scallion hamachi on their ginger scallion rice. My sides were the pickled garlic and cucumber zuke. The cucumber zuke was VERY salty, I'd skip that side. And then I topped it off with the furikake, bubu arare and fried shallots. I really miss when they had a location at SALT. I love this spot and if I ever have any friends visiting and staying in Waikiki, I'm suggesting Redfish!
