Red Knot

First it's a big and nice showroom, with a lot of different options. It just felt like a turn off immediately when there were a lot of staff on the floor and no one acknowledged or even said hello to us. We were wandering around and first didn't find anything. Then went into Slumberworld and bought a bed and frame. Upon coming out after closing that sale, we then saw a few workers who came up to us and asked if we needed help. Told Clifford what we were looking for and he pointed us in a direction of a gray dresser. But we found a couple others on our own and went with a different option. We decided we were going to purchase it and the store was coming to a close but we felt rushed out while signing papers to complete the transaction. We were hoping to go over the paperwork as we did for our Slumberworld purchase, but he just asked for our payment told us delivery was on Monday. We just wished for the acknowledgment and the personable experience as we did with Gerry. But overall we are still grateful we found what we were looking for and are happy with our dresser selection.

I've used the Red Knot Kapolei location twice so far. Both times excellent service and products. First purchase through Jason, next purchase through Gina. Both helpful and accommodating. I recommend this place for home furnishings.

The staffs are helpful and Red Knot is reasonably priced compared to its sister company Ashley's. We found what we were looking for, and was able to set up delivery right away. What was cool about this company, is that they charge the flat rate of 99 dollars delivery fee only one time, even if you wanna have seperate deliveries. So let's say you have two deliveries scheduled one for in-stock items and another one for backorder item. If you have decided to buy something else again, you can have the added item delivered for free as long as the backorder delivery hasn't been completed. The delivery staffs were on time, very curteous and quick with their work too. What I didn't like was the sales pweson never explained about the charge added on our bill automatically. It was home installation of 30 dollars. It is only 30 dollars for all the furniture so I think it is totally worth it, but I didn't like the fact he didn't explain. Felt like those hidden charges you see on many things. Overall, I am very happy with their products and will probably use them again in case I need more furniture.

Very attentive and friendly staff. Selection was pretty good and the most modern I have seen so far on our furniture hunt. Price for what you get is pretty on par with everything else I've seen, probably on the lower end. They do charge for delivery, which kinda sucks. Never realized how difficult furniture shopping in HI could be!

Shout out to Priscilla at Red Knot Kapolei for her outstanding customer service! I spend my time between California and Oahu and wanted to purchase a sofa I'd seen on a previous visit to Red Knot. Calling from the mainland a few days before my flight, I hoped to time the delivery to coincide with the short window I'd be in town. Initially I called Pearlridge Red Knot, but the sales associate I spoke with was neither friendly nor helpful... they sure weren't getting my business. I then called the Kapolei location and spoke to Priscilla, a cheerful woman who was more than happy to accommodate my time-sensitive request. She put together an invoice listing the item and delivery details so I could print and bring it to a Red Knot once in town, pay for it, and be on my way... and not spend hours at a furniture store. Time was precious, as I had lots of family and friends to catch up with, as well as Leonard's malasadas to plow through! I told Priscilla I would likely purchase at a Red Knot in town since I wasn't going Kapolei, and she didn't pressure me at all to pay at her store. She was genuinely committed to helping me and made the furniture shopping process as pleasant and convenient as possible. The sofa was delivered on time and looks great! Mahalo, Priscilla!

My husband and I went to Red Knot in Kapolei in search of a new bed. We were kindly greeted by GerryShe was wonderful to work with and she answered all of our questions regarding comfort, firmness and coolness of the mattress. We were just intending to "shop around" before we made a commitment and look at other stores. I'm glad we decided to look at Red Knot first. Gerry made our experience an extremely pleasant one and she definitely knows her products. I would definitely recommend doing business with Red Knot and look for Gerry to help you find the right mattress for you. She definitely did it for us. She made our decision easy with how forthcoming she was with information about different beds.
