Red Knot Honolulu

My mom was looking for a new sofa and she found the one that she wanted here. We walked in and the showroom is really nice. They had a lot of different ones to choose from. It's two levels and we checked out both. We looked at the ground level first and worked our way up. She liked the one on the bottom level, so that's the one we purchased. The whole store was 10% off for Statehood Day. They also give a 10% military discount. You can't stack the discount though, so we just got the 10% off.We were helped by Van. He was really nice and the transaction took about 10 minutes. We paid at customer service. This is only the showroom and they don't carry any stock here. We had to pick up our purchase from the Cs Wo Service Center, across the street from Target in Salt Lake.

I was in need of a couple rocker/recliners, bunk beds and Blake Mayberry (Home Furnishing Consultant) was absolutely phenomenal. He helped me in every way. Crossed all the T's and dotted all the i's. I would strongly recommend asking for Blake if you need any furniture for you home or apartment. Thanks again Blake. Great job. Where to begin, we purchased a new dining table ours was old Japanese style from our old home and we needed something new and modern for our new home. I was going back and forth trying to decide what I wanted...smh we met Andrea for the first time and I honestly hate going into places where I am followed to try and sell me something. Andrea didn't do that she asked what we were looking for? It hold her my idea and she just started showing me pieces she would think that I would like. I don't like any of them, as we sitting while she looked what they had in stock. The dining table we were sitting at I asked her about it, and she was telling me about it. I fell in love with it and was super happy with my decision! Andrea treated us like we were friends for years! She kept in touch letting me know what was going on with my order and delivery. She went above and beyond for us and I will definitely recommend her she actually worked for Ashley Home on ward but things happened and she moved to red knot and Ashley on Beretania street across from the Main police station. Tell we sent you and she will take very good care of you like family!!

This is located across from the main police station, connected with HomeWorld, SlumberWorld, and CS Wo. There are lots of furnitures in this showroom, some reasonably priced. Give this place a visit if you like to see the different styles of furnitures.

I have been shopping for home furniture for months and had visited every Ashley/Homeworld on the island with little luck. The stores are so big and overwhelming and when I would ask for help someone would just point in a direction or act as if I was bothering them by shopping there. I finally went to the Ward location and met Andrea and she was beyond helpful. She knew exactly what I was looking for and found us a gorgeous bedroom set. When I went back a few weeks later, I learned she transferred to the Red Knot Bertainia location, so of course I went to that store instead and she once again helped us choose a beautiful sectional sofa for our living room. I wouldn't think of buying from any other salesperson. She is so knowledgeable, has excellent taste, and I love her no-pressure style. Thank you Andrea!!!!!!!!

Natalie was one of the easiest sales person that I have ever dealt with. She was tentative to what I was looking for and processed my request swiftly. Even honoring my refund she did so well...no but, if, or can't. I was disappointed with the miscommunication that customer support and the delivery department were not able to resolve. So I decided to withdraw my purchase due to the lack communication. We'll see when my refund process will take place and hope there will be no issue with them honoring it. So I'll update this in a few days. Too bad, it was a nice couch and Natalie is someone that I would highly recommended. But I will have to take my business else where.

I did not have a good feeling about this place. I walked around the store for over 30 minutes, and no one asked if I needed help. Very different from HomeWorld Furniture and C. S. Wo & Sons where at least there were a few salespeople who asked if I needed help even if a few other salespeople acted snobbish. While I was browsing, a very thin well-dressed woman in her 20s walked in, and was helped immediately by a salesman. I didn't realize I had to be a waif in her 20s to be assisted by the men who work at this store. There isn't that much of a selection there anyway. Way overpriced. Inspiration (which I also problems with in terms of customer service - that review will be coming up shortly!) has better deals if you go during a major sale.

My first time here actually and it won't be my last trip either. I didn't realize that Home World was a connection to Red Knot. Red Knot is basically like the sister who buys the same outfit she saw in the window of Neimam Marcus and gets it from H&M! Prices are reasonable and affordable without sacrificing style, quality, and functionality. It is fun, more contemporary in comparison to Home World. Service from the team was very attentive and helpful. They greeted us immediately and when we had a question they knew their product knowledge. We also appreciate that they aren't pushy sales people nor do they ignore you when you tell them that "We're just looking!"The location seems small, especially since Home World takes a big chunk , but there's a good selection to see. If you can't find what you have in mind, ask them, they're happy to assist.

I'll start with my gripe: I bought nearly $10k in household furniture for a small apartment which is not a lot. For the price I paid, the quality was lacking. My furniture has many chips in the stains & has broken now countless times. The Isanti bed I waited on for months didn't survive one month before breaking. I cannot blame this on the store, as it is definitely the manufacturer. As my grandfather would say, "They just don't make anything like they used to." During the week of Thanksgiving, two of our chairs had broke. On one, the back had snapped off entirely. With plans of hosting Thanksgiving in our new apartment, of course it had distressed us, however, Jeremy came to the rescue. It was obviously a very busy day & Jeremy quite literally sat aside his many tasks to take us on & made sure that we were provided with the utmost of superior care. I was highly satisfied with his service & beyond appreciative of him. Five stars for Jeremy.

I purchased a dresser and two night stands in September 2021. Andrea gave me a head's up that the shipment will arrive in December. She is awesome! She followed up with phone calls and gave me updates on delayed shipments. The furniture was delivered earlier than expected. Andrea has been amazing through the whole process and even expedited the exchange of one night stand which I was not pleased with. Awesome customer service at Red Knot!
