Becca has been wonderful to work with in every way. She is not only knowledgeable, but very insightful and intuitive in making sure to customize a work out that meets your fitness goals. I came to Becca with the intention to get stronger and more fit for my transition from long-boarding to short-boarding. Becca customized a workout for me that had an immediate and positive impact on my surfing. She also took into account that I have had pain in my hip flexor, and suggested work out to help me strengthen this area as well. On top of it all, Becca is really friendly and professional and a total pleasure to work with!
